Nice, clean rooms The breakfast was ok Quite close to the night-life of the city, but nothing ear plugs couldn't fix. A bit pricy for what you get, but a great location and free bikes. The last night our room was flouded with rain water (so was some of our stuff) - that kind of ruined the overall experience.

Hotel is a refreshing break from the very active main drag. Spoiled though, by screaming loud rock and roll from live bands till 4am from a nearby bar. Staff rather indifferent. Light breakfast included. Bike rental cheaper for guests than other rental places along Ave. Tulum.

This place was a big disappointment for me and my wife. It was highly recommended by the Lonely Planet guide (2016 edition), and that makes me wonder if the Lonely Planet staff was even here. Let me be clear... it's not a terrible place, but it's way too expensive for what it's really worth, and there were many turnoffs. The...

I REALLY REALLY do not recommend this hotel. My expectations were not high to begin with. However, I was extremely disappointed in L'Hotelito. The place is right next to a loud club that plays music all night and you can't sleep. The room is gross, the beds are really uncomfortable and the plumbing doesn't work. When we tried to tell...

We booked one night here on our stop between Valladolid to Playa based on the reviews and recommend in the travel guide. Perhaps our expectations were too high but what we found was a very unwelcoming owner at the front desk who looked to be tired of dealing with her own hotel and guests. That was the only hotel where...

We arrived to Tulum after a long 11h night bus trip and were looking just for a place to have a good sleep (which is the minimum u can expect from a hostel?). We explicitly asked if the rooms available were noisy since we really needed one night of sleep. Answer given was that from one of the rooms you...

This hotel is directly on the main road, but since we had a room at the very end of the hotel, next to its lovely small inner courtyard, we found it to be very quiet and relaxed. The room was clean and simple, the courtyard is very nice and the hotel has good atmosphere with nice personal touch of the...

We stayed here one night after flying into Cancun and renting a car, on the way to a longer trip around the Yucatan peninsula. Great value, felt very secure, and best of all, they were able to accommodate our family of five in one of the rooms upstairs. Air conditioning made the sleeping comfortable and the light, healthy breakfast the...

We had the room next to the lobby, it was big, with Air conditioning. All the soaps and shampoos were organic made with natural local ingredients such as honey. Everything was clean. The owner is a mexican guy married with a german lady, they are very nice and helpful people. He knows a lot, so you should hear his advice...

We stayed only one night at this place the location is really good since is located in downtown. The room is small but ok for sleeping. The only thing was the humidity smell .The included breakfast was good.
