The view and the house are amazing! You can hear the sound of the sea from your room, and everyone is super friendly. The staff was very helpful. We went walking to everywhere, day and night tulum is beautiful and safe. Very happy we chose the right place :) Can't wait to come back. Beautiful place and georgeous houses.

We represent Casa de las Palmas, and I had the opportunity to rent it with some friends from the US for a few nights. Guy the manager was a delight in getting us settled, and always made sure we were fine. We cooked some but with so many great restaurants to try, we could not see the point in hassling...

We stayed for 5 days! I could stay there forever. Love the house!! Guy the owner was really helpful and Marisela the maid was there every day except for Sunday's. Guy recommend us a little house that serves the best ceviche in town! It's like 15 min away, at Soleiman bay. We definitely come back soon!!!

The house and location are beautiful. Lie in bed and watch the sun rise over the waves. The owner, Guy, was so welcoming, and stopped by to check on us every day. There were four of us, but with 3 bedrooms, the house can easily sleep 6, with 2 beds for kids in one of the 2 upstairs bedrooms too....

Casa de las Palmas was perfect, I went for a birthday trip at a friends' recommandation of Tulum as a destination. I cannot believe that I was able to rent this amazing property. It was right on the beach with swings, hammocks, private beach, restaurant and bar right next door and a great staff. When you open the house and...

We are just returning from a week at Casa de las Palmas. We have been coming to Tulum for 10 years, and this is the best house we have ever stayed in. The staff is warm and accommodating. The house is perfect for entertaining. The doors slide open so the house is completely open to the ocean. The dining room...

I traveled to Tulum with a large group of friends at the end of April 2011. 10 of us stayed at Casa de las Palmas. What a great experience!! The house layout is excellent for groups. There is a bedroom on the ground floor, with a full bathroom. Then taking the steps that are on the OUTSIDE of the house,...

We recently returned from a week's stay at this house (over US Thanksgiving week) and it was (and my wife agrees) the best family vacation we've ever had. Sun, sand, sea and cervezas in abundance! There were 8 of us -- 4 adults and 4 children (ages 4-7) -- and the house and its amenities made for a delightful stay....

We rented the 'Casa de las Palmitas', which is the one-bedroom apartment, located in the jungle about 100 meters behind the big beachfront villa 'Casa de las Palmas'. Overall we had an amazing stay. It's a real tropical paradise and getaway. Perhaps not as much because of the apartment, as because of Tulum as a whole. The beach is uninterrupted,...
