Las tres Palmas is a great little gem of a hotel in Tulum. Few blocks off the main road, a short 5 min drive to the beach access, and 15 mins taxi to the ruins of Tulum. Tulum is a chill little town very similar to some surf towns in Hawaii, and other places. Quaint cafes and bars line the... More

Great value hotel on a side street of Tulum town. Good sized rooms with kitchen facilities & friendly staff. Jorge made us feel very welcome & there was fresh coffee available every morning. Close to some great restaurants & bars, and a short bus ride to the amazing beaches (3km) Don't expect total peace & quiet, but perfect if you... More

The hotel itself is more of a posada-type accommodation. There is no real reception or breakfast area. We stayed in a family room, which was pretty spacious, consisting of a large bedroom with two beds, and another room with a double bed, TV and a kitchenette. Quite OK for families. The bedroom was a bit cramped but acceptable. The breakfast... More

we reserved on their own website and had a confirmation number but they couldn't find it and it was full. unbelievable! don't speak a word except in Spanish. But their were pretty fast on finding us another place: not far from there, same price even cheaper and they also paid us the taxo to go there.

Las Tres Palmas was exactly what we were looking for. Although we had difficulty finding it (the streets didn't all have signs), when we did, it was great. We were able to park right outside with a view of our rental car. The room was a good size with a small kitchenette, which helped to keep our bottled water cold.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Guido at reception had some excellent pointers for places to eat and to visit while we were in Tulum. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. We were able to hire bikes for less $6 Aus. They were perfectly fine to get us around town and to and from the beaches and Cenotes. We... More

This place is clean, comfy, airy, nestled in a shady garden on a side street, with a delightful staff and bikes to rent and ride to the beach. Unless we missed something, though, the place is a bit tricky to find: the street doesn't seem to be marked. To get there, go toward the beach on Avenida Satelite from the... More

This hotel had everything we needed to stay. It was like an apartment. Had a stove, refrigerator, tv, wi fi. I really liked the night guy - very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 8. Right outside the room is a big outdoor patio that my partner used to read, drink and smoke late into the night without disturbing... More

I loved this small hotel (only about 10 rooms). The room was air-conditioned and airy, a small balcony and was very clean. Jorge the caretaker was great with his helpful suggestions. The coffee, apples, water and other snacks on the open common area was a welcome treat. The location is just a block from the "colectivo" bus to reach the... More

Great staff. Clean hotel VERY close to all of Tulum Pueblo's best spots. Again, this is NOT a stay on the beach, but PERFECT for a quite stay close to all the real action. The beach and other destinations are not far at all (maybe 20-30 min walk, 15 min bike, 3 min car (just guessing)) The room had excellent... More
