Spent four nights there with my family and friends (diving and tourism). The hotel is original, using natural pieces of wood for construction and using natural materials in rooms. Air conditioned rooms, very clean, daily cared. An open-air lobby with tropical vegetation and cast iron chairs and tables. Very friendly personnel. The hotel is close to the centre of the...

If your looking for a great place to unwind and come down from the hubbub....this is the place! The rooms are simple, spacious with an elegant and warm adobe-Zen ambiance. The hotel is beautiful, small, clean and has a great Mexican style. My room was big, the beds huge and the sofa-bed was pretty big as well. Attended by the owners, you'll receive personalised attention and a total sense of security. Oh, and they have a jacuzzi.

The owners and their little dog were friendly and the breakfast they prepared and was excellent. The bed was big and comfortable. That said, everything seemed a bit overpriced. Our "Master Room" had a great tub plus a shower. But if a hotel needs me to place used toilet paper in the garbage bucket next to the stool, the bucket...

Lo Nuestro petit hotel is the great place to stay in Tulum Pueblo. Hotel is a small, family hotel, decorated in Mexican style, with open kitchen in the garden where we had our breakfasts. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a hammock for each room. It is a place for the tourists that want to experience Mexico, its cuisine and...

In almost 45 years of travel, I cannot remember such a bad experience with an hotel, even in far remote places and modest accommodations. Very cold reception, dark and uncomfortable room on the 1st floor where I had to haul my luggage by myself, no bottled water available (truly !), revolting breakfast. I strongly advise to think twice before putting...

The hotel is lost in a very noisy and dirty street of Tulum, far from the beach and all activities. Renting snorkeling equipment will cost you 100 Pesos when you can rent it for 70 Pesos at any cenote... Quite disappointed...
