This summer my boyfriend and I traveled to incredible Tulum. We wanted to visit Mexico but certainly nothing touristy like Cancun or Playa del Carmen...Casa de las Olas found us! This amazing sustainable bed and breakfast exceeded all of our expectations and truly made a lasting memory that neither of us will ever forget. Lulu's daily complimentary breakfasts were authentic...

Mariana, Welcome to the Family! We're so glad to have "found you" and been your choice for a very special anniversary celebration here in Tulum. You're illustrious review practically puts the reader inside our ocean front suites as they gaze upon the ocean and feel the Caribbean breeze! Casa de las Olas truly is a once in a lifetime experience. The place is nestled away at the end of a long dirt road about 10km away from the city of Tulum. There are bikes available for use at the hotel so it is a pretty perfect way of getting around town and to check out the boutiques and...

This place only gets better and truly captures the authentic essence of TULUM. The staff was outstanding and the overall operation has exceeded expectations once again. The food was off the charts!! Loved the new amenities and the wifi was surprisingly fast. Greatly appreciated the off-site recommendations for activities. Kudos to all at Olas. Can't wait for my next visit!

Adam, With Tulum slowly but surely growing, it is so important for us to preserve Tulum as we've known it for the last two decades! Our Villa is one of the very first constructions in all of Tulum, designed by an Austrian Engineer/Architect over 40 years ago, to capitalize on the Caribbean breezes and keep the Casa shaded and cool!...

Tim, You're review make us so happy to see you had a wonderful experience and appreciate our eco-friendly mission of operating in sync with this delicate and beautiful environment! The summer months are always so special with the sea turtles laying eggs at night and the little babies hatching and headed off to sea just a couple of months afterward....

We heard about Casa de las Olas through multiple friends who have stayed there and had fantastic things to say - it did not disappoint! The property is located at the end of a long road that leads to the nature preserve and the hotel is the last one on the road, with a long strip of nearly private beach....

Traci, The Austinites certainly united during your time with us, what a small world! We're so glad that you were able to make the trip down to Olas and defy the little highway blunder (another day in Tulum can't hurt..). This picturesque review serves as a testament to our continued dedication to customer service while sustainably nestled away in Tulum....

We eventually got out and saw the surrounding attractions, but the Casa was so nice that it was tempting to just stick around. The host was super nice, helpful, and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was A+. Overall pricier than we're used to, but totally worth it if you're looking for an escape.

Every single person at Casa de las Olas went above and beyond standard service you'd expect at the finest hotel.
