Every single person at Casa de las Olas went above and beyond standard service you'd expect at the finest hotel. When booking, Sam was patient and offered plenty of information to help me determine my stay. When we arrived at 11:30pm after a flight from hell and getting lost in the biosphere in the dark, Jimmy greeted us with a...

Brandon, All of those "flights from hell" were worth the fight, sometimes getting to paradise isn't the easiest but once you're here we've got your back! We had a blast guiding you through the ins and outs of this incredible region and most importantly establishing a wonderful friendship together. This beautifully descriptive review gets me hungry for Lulu's next dish...

Perhaps we have been lucky in other places we have stayed compared to others who have stayed here but we were really not overly impressed. First of all the location is great; ideal, picturesque and secluded (but would definitely recommend a car). Other than that, it wasn't great. They were doing renovations when we were there - no warning was...

I had a longer post but TripAdvisor decided to freeze while I was submitting. To sum it up: 1. Service was great - Chris was able to find amazing chocolate cake and flowers for my girlfriend's surprise birthday. 2. Chris and Jimmy had great restaurant recommendations. Carnitas, mole, fried fish, and ceviche 3. The rooms were nice and had a...

We loved our stay. It is the last property before the biosphere, so the beach is quiet and secluded. Our room was very nice- clean, well furnished, hammock and sitting area outside, and a view of the Caribbean. Jimmy and Sam are a great host/hostess, always available for advice on restaurants, beaches, ruins, etc. And Lulu's breakfasts were the highlight...

The Chattanoogans, It is great to hear from you two, we so appreciate the kind words and would have to agree, Lulu's breakfasts are certainly one of the highlights of our days here as well! She always seems to out-do herself and with that heartwarming smile of hers. She'll be sure to have some new tricks up her sleeve that...

My husband and I stayed here at the end of our trip, it was the most expensive place but sadly was a bit of a let down. We were without water one afternoon, not something we expected from a place we thought would be our bit of luxury. In other, less expensive hotels we were also offered a packed breakfast...

This wasn't my first Olas visit, and it won't be my last. From my late night check in and welcome from the amazing and handsome Chris, to the full moon sweat at Uno Astrolabe, dinner at Hartwood (don't worry folks, even if they are booked, Olas has a way of getting you in), and idyllic beachfront, this is THE place...
