The hotel grounds are beautiful. the staff are mostly very friendly and hard working. the pool area and beach are some of the nicest i’ve seen. the drinks are mostly very nice and there are plenty to choose from. The food is genuinely the worst food i have come across in any hotel. The food at the buffet is rarely warm and the quality is very low. my partner and i could barley eat any of our 3 courses in the Mexican restaurant as the food was so bad. we had to eat outside of the hotel for most of our meals which was very disappointing. most of the food is obviously re heated and not cooked fresh and you will do well to be able to finish any plate you have. This lets the hotel down so badly. we would not return based on the food alone which is sad.

Very good rooms, very good food. All was included (If you buy the Premium All-inklusive). Boris the animator was funny and I can only recommend him and His shows! All in all the hole complex ist very luxury!

Loved the place and the people so much that we are already planning a second trip to the same hotel or their other location at playacar. The overall experience was great, location is a plus right at the beach from our room which lead to the sandy and clean beach. They even have a crew that clean the seaweed, not even in Laguna Beach I've seen this where everything is 5 times more expensive. Cozy and wonderful getaway, definitely recommend this place.

The staff at the reef coco beach are amazing, especially Boris who made our time here so special and memorable. The entertainment was great we played tequila volley ball which was our favourite! The bar staff are also excellent and always on hand to help. Thank you everyone for such an amazing time and stay.

We stayed for 10 nights in this hotel - the hotel and grounds are very clean and maintained well - all workers work very hard to ensure this. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The food is quite limited as you would expect from a smaller hotel, however it is always fresh and there are still options for everyone, again all staff in the restaurants work so hard and are very friendly. We often went to the snack bar for lunch which we both enjoyed. During the day there are many activities which were ran - Boris always went out of his way to speak with us and make us feel very welcome - our holiday would not have been the same without him. We loved the activities and there is often even entertainment. We will be definitely coming back to this hotel and could not fault it.
