Our family of 16 stayed at the City Express for 2 days last week while waiting to check in to our resort! We found it very clean, with pleasant and helpful front desk workers and within walking distance (15 minutes or so), to the 5th Avenue shopping area. This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed...

I was visiting PDC for a fortnight for a solo holiday. I wasn't expecting a great deal as the hotel was 3* and the price was very cheap but they had failed to tell me that the hotel was a complete building site. They were extending one side and also renovating inside. The pool they advertised was empty and a...

Our overall experience here was not the greatest. The room was nice and clean but there was no window. So the ventilation in the room was very poor, our room got very muggy, very quickly. AC had to be turned on at all times. Wifi did not work at all in our room. The only time we had wifi was...

We stayed here one night before we went to our resort. It had a nice room, beds were nice, room was clean, bathroom was nicely equiped. They are doing construction in front of the hotel which didn't look good but didn't have any noise at all inside the hotel. For the price it was good enough. I don't know if...

The hotel was clean. Everything you'd expect from a franchised hotel company. The pool was relaxing but not very deep to enjoy swimming. The hotel was far away from the active night life of Playacar. We'd have to take a taxi back and forth to the main chopping strip and club whenever we wanted to go out. Hence, we only...

Excellent hotel for the money. Low budget with a breakfast buffet. Affordable hotel that won't kill your wallet, safe, clean, and family friendly. We have found this chain to be consistant in offering affordable rooms with a good breakfast buffet. Safe location and free wi-fi. Stayed one night during a two day excursion in the area. Clean bathroom and room....

If you're planning a few days in the parks like xcaret and others, you'll spend the whole day in the park, so do not spend the money in a nice and expensive hotel that is not even close to the parks... I highly recomend this hotel, it has breakfast and is very close to the parks... So saving in hotels...

Staff were not very helpful at all. Breakfast was awful and pool was gross. Worst part was the bed was horrendously uncomfortable. Was a bit far out from the main drag (about a 20 minute walk). Overall was just extremely overpriced for what it was. Expected more for our money, or a lower cost for lower expectations. Not recommended

We thought this hotel was excellent. It was clean, the aircon and free wifi worked, and best of all it was cheap. No frills, but functional and we had a very comfortable stay.
