I do my best to give the benefit of the doubt. But this resort had no guidelines for sanitary or cleanliness. We travel every year to at least one resort so we’re well travelled. I’ve never been to a resort with such low standards. We...More

I was booking our first reservation through the Vacation Club, and some of the procedures were not clear to me. Maridelmy Azura, the rep handling the reservation, was very patient and helpful.
Thank you Maridelmy.

Spent 11 nights here just got back, if it’s going to be a nice sunny day the staff have already raked and cleared all seaweed before you have woken up if it’s going to be a stormy day it gets washed up with the storm so it’s pointless clearing it. I walked down the beach and found a neighbouring hotel had workers in full uniform in the sea catching it by hand, it’s a natural process I felt sorry for the workers if the tourists moaning about seaweed in the sea caused them to have to do this.
Wasn’t a problem last week when we were at the resort.
