Just look at the photos. The room cant be locked, the sheets are dirty, and the crew was terrible!!! They wanted to charge us more than we need to pay. Very bad experience, we recommend to choose another one of the many hostels in playa del carmen.

Good for 2 nights. Just for sleeping. Location is OK - nearby to the beach and 5 th avenue. Simple basic breakfast : coffee, toasts , jam & honey - served for free every morning ( you may take it to the room)

We went to playa to have a party weekend so we needed a cheap place just to shower and leave our belongings.... but we didn't party at all because we ended tired from walking and the beach so around 11.30 pm we were ready to sleep and chill. So, we went to the hotel and got ready for bed and...

Hotel was in great location if your going to be walking around. It is close to ADO station and right next to 5th avenue. Hotel also seemed to be going through some remodeling. If you are looking for a place to get a good nights sleep, it's probably not the best place as you can hear all the club music...

My 28 year old son and I spent a week here to attend the OHL Mayakoba Classic on a tight budget. The location is excellent and the staff are nice. The hotel is a bit run down and could use an infusion of cash to do some renovation. My first impression was not so good but the place and people...

I booked the junior suite for two nights. It was very spacious and clean. Of course there it's not very luxury but for the price of 30€ per night ok. I wouldn't recommend it for honeymoon but to stay there to visit playa del Carmen I would definitely do it again.

I only stayed here for one night, it was cheap but for the price the only thing that I expected was for it to be clean, it was super dirty, it has a good location, if they painted the walls and do a little remodeling the hotel would be a lot different.

Its being remodeled... Paid 35 dollars for a queen size bed one of the "old" rooms. It was ok. The location is awesome! Only spent one night. Did not even had a reservation but the staff was very helpful. The bed and bathroom were nothing special but did the job.

Went with 4 people during the busy xmas time. Location is Excellent and doesn`t get any better. That would be the only reason to stay here. We stayed on the third floor which had a leaky roof over the bathroom as it had just rained. Bathroom smelled mouldy but was functional. Fridge worked, but stove did not and in fact...
