Set between the tropical jungle foliage and the picturesque turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea sits the quintessence of a sustainable all-inclusive luxury resort. A secluded sanctuary with swim up suites, jungle spa, plunge pools, infinity pool, swim up bars, butler service, gourmet restaurants, private beach, and 24-hour room service sets The House of AiA apart from other luxury resorts in Mexico. The House of AiA offers a level of seclusion and tranquility often associated with far-flung island resorts. As the sun sets over the white sand beach, the pink horizon transforms into a star filled night sky becoming an overwhelming impulse for a romantic stroll through soft sands and lapping waves. The exquisitely designed oceanfront suites complemented by stunning ocean views, elegant decor, and holistic amenities are unlike anything else in the Riviera Maya.

I’m not sure where to begin. We just came back after spending 6 days of absolute perfection. It was hard to find anything worthy of complaining about so I’ll instead focus on what you are actually interested in hearing about for your potential vacation here. The service is BEYOND anything we’ve ever experienced. I’ve vacationed in some “fancy” places… and this service surpassed. From the greeting at the reception, to the concierge (nomadic) guide (BETO) that offered to plan, organize and check in throughout… to EVEN the last day where Ed picked up all our belongings and took care of everything… literally so we can just leave breakfast, get in trolley and go to the check out. He even went out of his way to package something I made there in an art class (and no… I didn’t ask him to!) The food!!! OMG. I’m gluten free and vegan. Let me say this place caters to you in every way. MIND BODY AND BELLY. Lol It is a VEGAN persons DREAM. And being all inclusive you can try it all!!! One night they arranged (without us asking) a special dinner on beach. When weather was iffy they rearranged everything to have it in a private wine room! WAIT. It gets better. Chris , our server was awesome, took such good care of us… tequila. Saki galore! Lol And half way through the general manager shows up to see how we are. Can I explain… this was at night. The resort was only 10% full, so he intentionally knew we were at the restaurant, in this room and came to check on our experience. WOW! BEACH vibes are amazing. Is there an abundance of seaweed? Yes lol but they do clean it , and honestly how can you complain? You’re like steps from the water. They have BEAUTIFUL brand new outdoor couches, bean bag lounge chairs and honestly the most luxurious set up around! The decor is something you’d find in a magazine. And YOGA!! Omfg. Susana is incredible. I lead yoga retreats around the world, and I’m a teacher myself. She was fantastic. The sound healing as well! He is incredible. I was in a happy coma for an hour! Lol I’m so sad I missed a bunch of names of all the incredible staff. Enrique (wait staff) , Beto, Ed, Joanna, and every other person who waited on us hand and foot. The rooms are breathtakingly stunning and clean!!! Room service all the time! (Our favorite lol) PLEASE check out this place. It is environmentally conscious, plant based and a vacation you will never forget!!!

Loved every minute at this blissful wellness resort. It was everything I hoped for and more. In short, what to expect: (1) Fine dining quality vegan and non-vegan meals (all inclusive) in gorgeous settings (2) "Nomads" assigned to cater to your every need; from booking reservations, excursions, massages...generally to make sure your are happy. The friendliest and most welcoming staff. I'm sad I forgot all the names, but Kevin, Beto, Enrique, Eduardo, Kennedy come to mind as they were absolutely amazing (3) Bracelet is your room key/ no fussing with cards, (4) Most gorgeous grounds and rooms (5) your room refreshed twice daily (6) pristine crystal clear beach w/ white sand and no seaweed (7) Multiple Yoga Sessions daily (8) Mini bar stocked w/ coconut water, kombucha, other healthy drinks, nuts and snacks restocked constantly. (9) Staff to guest ratio was unbelievable. At the end of the day, what I remember is the feeling of family. Amazing culture and I cannot wait to return.

Espectacular place, service and people. Mr. Andres Lizarraga and staff was superb, on top of things making sure that our experience was as amazing as it was. The Vegan orientation of the menus is a pleasant surprise cause y couldn't pick the difference between regular and vegan

I just got back from a long weekend at Palmaia and I could not be happier that I selected this hotel for my stay. First, the beach was GORGEOUS without any seaweed and crystal blue waters. The staff was SUPER attentive, and so so friendly. The food, which is all plant-based, was out of this world, and I left feeling healthier than ever. The rates are all inclusive and for the price, you get what you are paying for, in every sense of the word. There was not a single thing about our entire stay that was not excellent. The spa services are amazing and Norma has magical hands. HIGHLY recommend booking a massage treatment with her. We also participated in a temazcal ceremony with some other guests and had such an enlightening and special experience that is indescribable (not for the faint of heart! - its a sweat lodge!!). We stayed in the swim out rooms that you open the door into the adults only pool, with a swim up bar. SO fun and so awesome. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back when we return to Mexico.
