What an incredible hotel. The location was so close to 5th Avenue 👏 which has great food and a night life. Definitely one of my favorite parts. The hotel was really nice and incredibly reasonable. The decor looked great and the service was excellent. Cuba, the concierge, was excellent. We came on a day that he was off and he showed up and was incredibly helpful. We booked a package to Chichen Itza and Xplor. He explained the details and recommended great restaurants. He also taught me how to use WhatsApp that way I could make international calls and checked in throughout my stay to make sure we were accommodated. The food was also really great. My only recommendation is getting a boxed lunch if you plan to be gone throughout the day. Highly recommend!
This is a hotel situated just outside the busy (sometimes a bit too busy) touristic main street but within a very short walk to whatever one fancies such as beach or shopping, bars and restaurants. The hotel is secluded, is modern and still with stylish character and is very well kept and exceptionally clean. The staff is most friendly and helpful, with Julieta being one to be especially remembered. The combined garden and pool is perfect for finding a spot either in the sun or shade alternatively by the pool bar while having a seat in the water.
In September 2021, it was already my second time in this hotel (1st time in 2016) and I would still come back a third time! The hotel is located at a centric place, close to 5a Avenida and the beach. However, it is not noisy. Entering the hotel is like walking into a quiet parallel world. Beds at the pool are comfortable, in the background there is some nice chill out music playing. Go to the pool bar! Yami, Samuel and Beto are not only making great cocktails, they are also very nice people! Rooms are clean and combine Mayan tradition and minimalism in a very nice way. Also big thanks to Armando, Ricardo and Julieta from reception desk. Talk to these guys, they can tell you great recommendations what to do. If you want to book a trip, ask Cuba. I never felt that he tried to sell something to me, he was rather a good advisor what to do and what not. Breakfast is very Mexican and not European, but that's why I am traveling. In case of doubts, Fedra was a great help and I could enjoy every breakfast. As I said, I will come back to this hotel! …
This is a nice hotel where I would stay again. The rooms aren't big, but a family of four fits nicely. The breakfast is delicious and was included. The pool is nice and the bar is great. The staff are really nice and helpful. It was close to 5th Ave, but far enough where we weren't bothered by noise at night. We also did an all-inclusive in Puerto Morelos, which was way more expensive. They're both good experiences. But for the money, this is a better deal. Stay here or other hotel in PDC if you want to see more of Mexico, walk around, try different restaurants, and shop. Stay in all-inclusive if you want to relax, lounge, and eat and drink. I recommend bringing cash (dollars) for tips.
Amazing. Location food rooms and service were incredible. 85 Canadian per night was worth triple that. I will be back. Location was perfect. Walking distance to mega mart which kicks Walmart’s rear end. 5th avenue close by as well.
