Located in the heart of the city, with a parking around the corner, this hotel offers a wonderful oasis of calm and tranquility. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom was very spacious, what a treat! We stayed here for three nights and also had breakfast three times in the hotel. Two times an American breakfast, which we found really...

Loved the quietness and intimacy of this hotel. With the inner courtyard you feel very safe and relaxed at this hotel. would definitely stay here again. We hardly noticed another person around. We had the pool to ourselves - it was like having the run of a small mansion!

We toured around the Yucatan and this was one of our favourite places, The staff were amazing and the rooms are lovely. We booked a small double and one downside is that it is genuinely small.... be prepared for that. It was also a littel dark. Fortunately we could upgrade for two of our nights and the staff were very...

Dear Customer, I would like to clarify on the room you had so our future customers don't get mixed up. The small double, as we call it, is only one room on the property and is by definition small. We are aware that this room doesn't do justice to the rest of the property, and that is why it is...

I stayed at the Hotel Hacienda in January. Its was a very pleasant stay. I was greeted by the friendly staff. If you don't like the big resort feel this is the place to stay. They have a great courtyard with a pool. It felt very much like a bed and breakfast - sure beats the big resort feel. The...

The hotel has a very nice lay-out: behind the front desk is a deep garden/swimming-pool and al the rooms are in the back. So you feel withdrawn from the heat and the traffic. The rooms are spotless clean. And it's only a 10 minute walk from the central square of Merida. A few hundreds meters to the centre are some...

Loved our stay! It was only for one night while I was in town for a doctor’s appointment, but I plan to stay there again for a long weekend. I fell in love with Merida this time around and a lot had to do with the hotel. We stayed in the Jr. suite I think. Loved the 4 poster bed,...

The hotel hacienda Merida is one of my favorite hotels. The location is so convenient for visiting Merida (historical center of the city), the service is excellent and the quality/price is more than reasonable. I was in a standard room (there was no more executives left), the number 7; it's a cozy room with a nice view on a small...

Pros: Staff very nice and helpful. Chanrming bar-breakfast-pool area. Room with hardwood floor. Quiet. About ten minutes walk to the square. Large bathroom. Cons: I wasn't able to get wireless signal in the room. Too many mosquitos in the pool area. Pool was full of twigs, I haven't seen anyone use it. Poor sewage system. Bathroom fixtures were old, there...

The pool and grounds of this hotel are lovely, an instant retreat from the hustle and bustle of Merida's streets. Bathrooms are spacious and our room (room 1) had double doors opening onto a lovely cool patio right by the pool. The room itself smelt slightly damp, particularly the walk-in wardrobe which as a result, we chose not to use....

This place is an absolute gem, beautiful boutique styling courteous staff and patron. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was huge and comfortable, free wi fi throughout lovely toiletries. Drinks were accompanied by delicious canapes all beautifully prepared and presented by Jorge. The position is ideal, just a little away from the hustle of downtown but easy walking distance to...
