Staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly - don't forget to tip them! Site is luxurious yet authentic with lovely colonial architecture and flora; Easy walk to Santa Lucia park (our favorite place to eat and hangout), Paseo Montejo and the main plaza;

We loved our stay here! This boutique hotel has cosy rooms and a lovely pool to relax at the end of the day, when you're coming back from one of your trips to chichen itza, uxmal or celestun. The service is unique, Albert and José work very hard to fulfil your needs, are very friendly and give good advice. Oh...

My entire family stayed at Hotel Hacienda while visiting Merida and it is an excellent hotel. From the moment we stepped in until our last minute there the staff were friendly and bent over backwards to serve and help us. They truly were amazing and we enjoyed our interactions with them all. The breakfasts were large, delicious and served on...

The staff here are so lovely- unfailingly polite. Breakfast here was lovely- filter coffee but good and fantastic freshly cooked croissants or traditional Mexican fare. You can walk to all the major attractions in Merida too. It's Bessie two great local bars with live music too- La Negrita & Pipiripau! Last one did great value fresh margaritas on the rocks....

We stayed in the VIP side for 1 night. The suite was stunning - absolutely enormous with a cute balcony. As there are only 6 rooms it was quiet and there wasn't a bar of course. I am not sure if you can go along to the main hotel though. The staff were great and spoke good English. The breakfast...

We had a trip to stay in every city just for one night. This hotel in Merida was nice, but not so special as i thought it would be like an hacienda. The price is a little high for that... The room was not in a main building but nearby with the glass-doors. It feels a little bit uncomfortable to...

This hotel was beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the service was awesome. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so kind and attentive. The hotel grounds are like a little oasis in the busy city. Only a couple of blocks from the main square with easy parking. The executive room had a wonderful, big bathroom with a rain...

The hotel is built into an old house and has a nice pool with loungers and sofas next to it. Breakfast is served under a shady patio adjacent to the pool. It's a short stroll to the main square where always seems to be something going on. The staff were very helpful and most spoke reasonable english. The rooms were...

We flew into Cancun in the late afternoon in May 16 and drove to Merida for a one night stop over. After an hour of driving around Merida in the dark we stumbled across the place around 9pm. We were quickly checked in and we very happy with our choice. A beautiful little hotel with an inviting pool and well...
