My wife and I spent 6 nights at Casa Ana. It is a great place where to stay for visiting Merida and around. The rooms are very comfortable (although the bathrooms are a bit small). Wifi/Internet works well and is free. Breakfasts are good and healthy. The garden in the backyard is beautiful, with a small swimming pool. The area...

Casa Ana feels like an oasis in the centre of Merida. For nearly 14 years Ana has welcomed visitors to her tropical garden, pool and bright spacious accommodations. Our room, one of 4 at the back of the garden, was on the second level and it caught the breezes for good airflow. We used the A C a few times but the fan...

Four of us stayed in three rooms at this wee bit of paradise in Merida. Ana and Mariana have created a welcoming space, which I appreciated having not been to Mexico in over 10 years. The gardens are calming and the clean pool provides relief after a day of walking and enjoying the sites close by. The rooms are clean...

One of our friends recommended Casa Ana to us when they found out several friends and I were traveling to Merida. You would be hard pressed to find more welcoming and loving people than the owners Mariana and Ana. Ana is extremely knowledgeable about places of interest and activities not only in Merida, but all over Yucatán. Their recommendations for...

I stayed at Casa Ana for several days on my first visit to Merida. The courtyard, rooms and main house are a lovely setting with gracious owners. The morning breakfasts were delicious and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved visiting Merida and would stay again at Casa Ana. It's within easy walking distance of the colonial city...

My wife and I (me 73, her closing fast) lodged here for 7 nights in January 2017. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this B&B to independent travelers who like to walk and explore on their own. The Casa Ana sits in a large colonial building, which in turn opens to a large garden area and pool for relaxing...

Casa Ana was our home in Merida for nine nights. And it was indeed a home: comfortable, clean, and a perfect environment to unwind, relax and sleep. The owners are friendly and helpful with advice on what to see and do, and making a phone call for a taxi. Breakfasts were delicious, with great coffee. I looked forward every afternoon...

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent five night stay at Casa Ana. It is indeed a lovely oasis in the midst of busy Merida. A short walk to the centre of the city, Casa Ana provided comfortable rooms, a beautiful colourful garden and several sitting areas where you could relax. The small pool was very refreshing at the end of the...

I had such a beautiful time in Merida, and then Casa Ana, that I dont have enough words to praise them. To sit down on that patio works better than any known tranquilizer. The "zenito" (diminutive for local zenotes) works wonders on your detox. I lost pounds of stress in my 13 days vacation. The two magicians working the transformation...

We recently enjoyed 12 nights at Casa Ana, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Convenient walk, or short cab ride from most of the main attractions. Gracious hospitality from Ana and Maryann. Really felt at home here, easily settling in to Merida life! We agree with other reviewers' praise of Anna's breakfasts - nutricious and tasty, different every day! Refreshing dip...
