Casa Ana was our home in Merida for nine nights. And it was indeed a home: comfortable, clean, and a perfect environment to unwind, relax and sleep. The owners are friendly and helpful with advice on what to see and do, and making a phone call for a taxi. Breakfasts were delicious, with great coffee. I looked forward every afternoon...

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent five night stay at Casa Ana. It is indeed a lovely oasis in the midst of busy Merida. A short walk to the centre of the city, Casa Ana provided comfortable rooms, a beautiful colourful garden and several sitting areas where you could relax. The small pool was very refreshing at the end of the...

I had such a beautiful time in Merida, and then Casa Ana, that I dont have enough words to praise them. To sit down on that patio works better than any known tranquilizer. The "zenito" (diminutive for local zenotes) works wonders on your detox. I lost pounds of stress in my 13 days vacation. The two magicians working the transformation...

We recently enjoyed 12 nights at Casa Ana, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Convenient walk, or short cab ride from most of the main attractions. Gracious hospitality from Ana and Maryann. Really felt at home here, easily settling in to Merida life! We agree with other reviewers' praise of Anna's breakfasts - nutricious and tasty, different every day! Refreshing dip...

I have just returned from a month and a half stay at this historic home turned into a B&B. Having travelled extensively throughout Mexico over the past 20 years, I can say that this accommodation was superlative. It has all the comforts one could ask for in a very traditional Mexican decorated ambience....a beautiful setting in a tropical garden, clean...

Beautiful, interesting, relaxing and delicious. I had a good feeling when I decided to book this historical bed and breakfast in the City of Merida for my first time stay in Mexico. When I got there I found it to be even better than I had anticipated. Anna and Mariana have a beautifully appointed home with beautiful art work and...

That is what I wrote Feb 13, 2014, and I did return to Mérida, and we stayed at Casa Ana. It was like returning home. Ana and Mariana are so welcoming and hospitable, it is a wonderful place to stay. I don't know why Mérida is not on everyone's must-visit list, but if is on yours, this is definitely the...

Owned by a lovely cuban couple, this bed and breakfast is located about 15 minutes from the old city center and about 10 minutes from the more modern pasejo de montejo. Unlike how some other B&B's feel like hotels, Casa Ana does a great job of maintaining the homey vibe, without implicitely inviting you into the living room or kitchen....

Casa ana is located in a quiet street 10 minutes walking to the center's attractions and restaurants. We walked around at night and it felt perfectly safe. We felt home at this place and particularly appreciated the little touches as honey shampoo at the name of the place, mugs at the name of the place, good breakie different every morning,...
