What a fabulous place to stay. Very easy to get into historic centre of Merida, by car, taxi or bus. Very charming, spacious, bright, clean, quiet rooms, with wonderful beds. Great pool. Breakfast is amazing. But the best part are the owners Iona and JR, they were fabulous, so helpful and friendly. Do ask Iona to cook a dinner for...

We stayed at the Hacienda one night on our way to Cancun with our two four-year-old Belgian Malinois. Iona was wonderful to them, she looked after them allowing us to go get dinner at another Hacienda with the most delicious, sumptuous and silky flan you have ever tried. She served breakfast the next morning, a pretty decent huevos revueltos, orange...

On account of our previous accommodations in the Yucatan having fallen though, we had no place to stay, so when we arrived at Hacienda San Pedro Nohpat in the late afternoon with our two dogs and lots of special needs, we were quite stressed and anxious to get something suitable before nightfall. While standing next to our van and in...

We got to the hacienda after a long drive from Palenque with our two big dogs (Belgian Malinois). We only stayed one night as we were on the road to Cancún. Iona, the Canadian owner, took care of them while we were out to eat and they had the back garden all for them to run after being trapped all...

The breakfasts included were excellent, fresh orange juice,...

We stayed at this hacienda in February 2016 and enjoyed it so much we decided to bring our whole family from around the world here to spend Christmas week. What a wonderful time we have had. The welcome from Iona and JR is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and we couldn't have felt more at home. Iona...

Spent two nights at Hacienda San Pedro Nohpat on the eastern edge of Merida , easy to find and not too far from Uxmal and the many Merida attractions. The Canadian owners are extremely helpful, the hot breakfasts are great, and the several acres of grounds and gardens have birds and butterflies. WIFI is excellent and there are more English...

The feeling of rest and relaxation is the order of the day. If you have plans to tour either Iona or Jr are experts in the area. I love Merida but it can be busy loud and hectic. I prefer an quieter place with the ability to take a 15 minute bus ride into the center of town. Be sure...
