What an amazing 'hotel'.! My husband and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was truly the most magical experience. We had the place to ourselves for 3 days and it was pure luxury ! The gardens, alfresco areas, hammocks, and of course, our room epitomized luxury . We loved returning after a hot day walking around...

As soon as you walk in the door you smell wonderful fragrances of fresh floral arrangements. The hotel is decorated in very upscale furnishings. Breakfast outside was beautifully serene. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything here is perfect--this is, without a doubt, the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is on a quiet, safe side street off of the Paseo Montejo. The only problem is that you will not want to leave the hotel because it's so relaxing and luxurious! Do not hesitate to book! This would be perfect for a...

This is a fantastic property. The area around this boutique hotel is very unassuming as is its external appearance, but when you enter the front doors you enter a whole new and amazing world of beauty and luxury. From the moment Israel greets you at the welcoming reception rooms you know you are in for an exceptional treat. The public...

We had just made our way from Cancun, from a wedding, it was one of those all inclusive affairs, so quite the opposite of Casa Lecanda, which was impressive on arrival. We had drove via Chichen Itza to get there, so it was a long drive and we were shattered on arrival, but were so warmly welcomed! Parking was easy,...

While wondering around its different areas you may have the feeling of being on Casa Blanca in the 20's or in like in Lord of the Rings in Rivendell, whatever your imagination takes you. The fact is that I absolutely love its decor, in everything it's got excellent taste not to mention the first world rooms and service. The room,...

A wonderful hotel, attentive staff, and the place even smells amazing. A faultless stay. Very quiet, relaxed with lovely breakfasts. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the bathrooms generous in size. Only B&B, but they will make you a coffee at anytime.

A serene cool oasis to return to Casa Lecanda is a hidden and welcoming oasis to return to after hot days exploring Merida & surrounding Uxmal & Ria Celestun reserve. Temperatures of 40+ ensured that the beautiful gardens, fans, pool & cool air conditioned rooms were most welcome. Pool terrace was a lovely place for a sundowners gin & tonic...

This is one of my favourite hotels of all time. Understated, incredbily stylish and top service - it was such an unexpected delight from the moment we arrived to our sad departure. I never tend to talk about beds in my reviews, but it was probably one of the most luxurious / comfortable beds I've slept on in any hotel...
