My daughters and I were in Merida, MX for a holiday and were hoping to find a place open on Christmas day for dinner, were we ever lucky! We were strolling down Paseo Montejo when we saw a pretty pink building all lite up, the restaurant looked open so we went in. We had a great dinner, met other guests...

This is my favourite hotel in the entire world. What a lovely experience! The Rosas & Xocolate is chic, beautiful and peaceful, with outstanding service. The attention to detail is carefully overseen daily by the owner, Carol Kolozs, who we had the pleasure to meet. He makes everyone feel like honoured guests in a beautiful home. We loved the room...

We were given a huge room, great bathroom etc with outdoor bath ,seep rate shower, toilet.delicious food served by friendly staff.this place has a really cool vibe about it and for something different I can't recommend it enough.only minor set back is pool area is disappointing in terms of location and sun exposure.

We had a very enjoyable trip. Adults loved the cooking and spaciousness of the rooms and the kids loved the proximity to the square to adventure during the day. The roof deck was a nice place to enjoy a drink and hear the movement of the city below.

This is really an amazing hotel. A stylish conversion of an old house, with wonderful rooms. For example, our room (no 2) had a bath which was open air, but completely private. You just lay on your back and looked up 3 stories to the wonderful blue sky. And the water flowed in from a shoot above head height. We...

Everything is superb, the hotel is really small, our room was perfect, because the windows were to a back street, so there was no noise, since a lot are on Paseo de Montejo avenue. Room # 3. The bed is sublime, as is the shower. The bath tub has great design but is a little unpractical. The best thing was...

I live in Merida and have been hearing about the hotel spa and restaurant for some time now. So I went on my Birthday. The dining room looked beautiful. But decided to sit in the garden patio. We ordered a surf and turf (shrimp and veal) with a mole sauce. The Salad was interesting with Strawberries. The main course was...

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful boutique hotel in Merida. Everything was just perfect. The restaurant was excellent, the spa was wonderful, the rooms-luxurious! Our host, Mr. Kolozs, was warm and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay from start to finish!
