We stayed for two nights in room 28. Beds are comfortable, shower modern and air con available. The hotel is quiet despite the busy Merida streets and the rooftop pool provided a refreshing option during the late afternoon. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the panuchos for lunch. I would suggest the hotel consider installing bar fridges in the...

Hotel Caribe is right next to everything. It defines quaint. The room was simple and benefited from it if you like the 'feel' of colonial Mexico. The front end staff were quite helpful. Agua pura was available to fill water containers. A real bargain

Basically the hotel has everything you need to spend the night: bed, bathroom, place to put belongings. Room is spacious but very minimalistic design and a bit cave-looking. The last is probably due to lack of light. There are only diods over the beds and one inside the wardrobe, that's it. Window looks to the patio. There was strange kind...

Went for a short 3 night stay to attend a wedding. Located in 1 of the main plazas with restaurants, shops and within walking distance to all the action in Merida. Bare bones but pretty clean and decent breakfast in the hotel courtyard. Staff was helpful and the hotel and surrounding restaurants & shopping inexpensive. Definitely have to haggle shopping!...

Front Desk Staff are available 24 hours a day, checking in with Rosita and Miguel was a breeze. 1st night I stayed downstairs in Room #3 with 15 foot ceilings, old fantastic Spanish designed tiles on the floor with one louvered window looking out to the courtyard. There are no windows looking out to the street which was strange after...

Great hotel in a perfect location with good service. Three star hotel with four star service and location at a two star price. WiFi was better than I had heard was available. Very clean and serviceable rooms. All the basics you need with the best location in town.
