We expected good service and installations from the number one rated B&B in Mérida and we weren't disappointed. Jan and Rita went above and beyond the call of duty with drinks and snacks on the house, help finding rental cars and cenotes, and even loaning us money to pay for travel services that required cash-only payments after we had already...

B&B Merida Santiago exceeded our expectations completely. We were looking forward to our stay, but after staying 4 nights at an all inclusive place in Telchac for my husbands work, our backs were so sore from the beds at the other place that the amazing matresses at Merida Santiago were like heaven to us. The jacuzzi in our bathroom also...

We stayed for 4 nights in this superb Bed & Breakfast, just 6 blocks from the main square of the city (ten minute walk). If you are looking for hospitality, service and very good food, this is the place to be in Mérida. The B&B has all you need for a pleasant stay: large and very clean rooms, a nice...

Located in the heart of Santiago on a quiet side street is one of the best B&B's in Merida. Service was exemplary, the breakfast was awesome and the menu varied from day to day. The grounds and rooms have everything expected in a top notch B&B. Large modern bathrooms, AC, fans, mini-fridge in the room. The rooms are quiet and...

Spent 3 weeks in March at the Hotel Merida Santiago. We arrived late afternoon from a 5 hour bus ride and we were skeptical as we approached the city. Oh my, we were so wrong when we entered our home for the next 3 weeks. We were greeted by our wonderful hosts Rita, Jan and Gio. They welcomed us with...

My wife and I stayed for four nights here and it was a real treat. I was encountering some problems with my car and as a result a delayed business appointment as I got into Merida and a call to Jan helped to sort things out. Homely welcome and very relaxed atmosphere here. Lovely room, beautiful pool area, a varied...

Once I left the street and entered Merida Santiago my travel fatigue abated and life became sweet again. Jan and Rita have created an environment pleasing in every way. The rooms are spacious, serene and nicely decorated. Visually they have used colors of the sky and Yucatan along with carefully chosen quality art to create a setting to relax in....

We have traveled extensively and have stayed in a range of accommodations from luxury hotels to B&B's. We can honestly say that our stay at B&B Merida Santiago ticked all the boxes. The quiet street (rare in downtown), the lovely, well-maintained and colorful environment, the spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, the large refreshing pool and the unsurpassed service of the owners,...

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but we had a great experience. The room was big and very clean, and included all that anybody would need and more. Our room had a big jacuzzi that we did not get to use, and a nice shower. Apart from the nice rooms, the hosts (Jan and Rita) are extremely nice...
