I just spent a delightful evening as a guest poolside at La Casa Lorenzo. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family who visit our beautiful city. It's lovely, relaxing, and located in the quiet and convenient Centro neighborhood of Santa Ana.

Was rescued by Larry, owner of La Casa Lorenzo, when another booking was messed up so I was just glad he was able to put a roof over my head and that there was the bonus of a pool. So I was very pleasantly surprised when my lodgings turned out to be a self-contained unit with en suite accommodations and...

What a fantastic place to stay! Larry, aka Lorenzo, is a gracious and thoughtful host, even sending informative emails before we arrived. We loved the room, and the shower has to be the best in all Merida. It is a pressured, filtered, rain shower with abundant hot water. We know from staying at other places what a treat that is....

My husband and I visited Merida for the first time and lucky for us we stayed at La Casa Lorenzo! Larry, the owner, was the BEST host! He went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. He even showed us the town and made the BEST sour orange margaritas! Our room was perfectly kept and the...

B & B accomodations always offer unique opportunities to be up front/close to your host. Larry is accomodating, outspoken and opinionated (see his video on his web site) and since we really like those qualities, we enjoyed our stay. We felt at home very quickly. The "rules of the house" were few and quite reasonable. Larry is delighted to share...
