We stayed at Villa Kiin for 8 nights for a couples get away and it was just what we needed! The room was very clean, bed was a bit firm but overall comfy! The location is perfect for going into town and the patio with hammocks was so lovely & quiet! The beach outside the hotel is very busy but...

Excellent location loved the view from our room #21 facing ocean. Great ocean breeze only downfall is that our room was right near stairwell and people passing by can easily get on to our balcony. My husbands shoes were taken off our deck on day #3 of our Vakay. Very small room bed was very uncomfortable! Bed is pretty important...

First time to Isla mujeres and initially I was pleasantly surprised by view and location of Villa Kiin. For price $ ocean view room small but perfect location. Facing Mia Reef. Pros: beautiful small room -great beach view - clean rooms -price great. Unfortunately on day #3 of our trip we had my husband shoes taken off our deck. We...

My husband and I recently stayed here while visiting Isla from Playa del Carmen. The hotel is older with updates needed but the location is awesome on the north end and within walking distance to nice bars, restaurants in Playa Norte.

This hotel was very comfortable! We had the best bed, and a balcony which had the most beautiful view ever. The hotel staff was amazing and we loved our waiters at the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast on the beach every morning! We could not wait to go back and this hotel was especially quiet at night!

Great hotel and location! I didn't realize how close to the beach it would be! The pictures are pretty accurate! Loved that we could still hear the ocean from our room! Offered a light breakfast which was just perfect for what my husband and I need in the am - 2 toast w/ Jelly, coffe/tea, & juice! Maid service was...

We booked a room with AC and chose a room without a view to save $ (#6), but it really was a dark hole when we saw it. Very small and one window that looked out to a wall. Very dark. We asked to change rooms and got one on the second floor (#30) It was much better. $125 per...

We spent 6 days at Villa Kiin. It was a beautiful location right on the lagoon. The lagoon was like swimming in an aquarium and right around the corner from Playa Norte. Well worth what we paid. Rom was small but we had a beautiful large patio facing the lagoon. Beach out front is small, but we didn't lay out...

The southeast side of Isla Mujeres is where the sun rises on Mexico and Villa Kiin, on playa norte, north beach, is a quiet and simple spot from which to watch that sunrise. The housekeeping service was efficient and friendly; they never complained to me, at any rate, about the constant trail of sand I left behind. There was filtered...

This hotel is in a great location with a calm, shallow lagoon type area with great snorkeling and shell collecting along the shore. The grounds have cute pathways and a hammock garden - it was refreshing to lay out in the evenings with the quietness and ocean breeze. The room was not fantastic, but fit in to an island vibe...
