Nice people, clean room, very small and unfortunately no comfortable chairs or table inside the unit. While the seascape was fanatastic there are large amounts of garbage throughout most of the island. Took away a lot from the experience. This unit is directly on a main road and traffic is frequent, loud and disruptive. Owners were friendly and helpful

The price was very good and the view was amazing. The staff were very helpful if we needed anything. Great amenities in the kitchen. They provided potable water and refilled it, if you ran out. Quiet, but just a short walk and/or golf cart drive to downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

We spent two weeks at Casitas Del Mar - little houses by the sea.Bob and Joyce were very good to us in so many ways. The "Bible", as another reviewer referred to the information packet we received, was full of very useful info. We loved watching the sunrise while having coffee and tea under our palapa, while enjoying a breeze...

Let me save you some time. All of the other 188 reviews say the same thing. The rooms are comfy, well equiped and have a fabulous location and view. They also all say that the hosts are amazing. I've been to Isla a lot but I learned this trip that it isn't where you stay, it's with whom- and it's...

My husband and I just spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! Our casita was lovely and had everything we needed(including a spectacular view of turquoise waters and wonderful breezes!). Marcella was waiting when we arrived and gave us a good orientation of both the casita and the area. Leti kept things sparkling and spotless, and Joyce(owner) checked to...

We were very happy with our stay at Casitas del Mar. The casitas are perfect for 2 people. The location is fabulous, with the ocean right there and dining, grocery shopping, and laundry within walking distance. Marcella gave us a warm welcome and great tips for our stay. Bob and Joyce were gracious "hosts". And Leti kept our casita clean...

Room was perfect-everything we needed with the little kitchenette where we could make breakfast before heading out for the day. The rooms were kept immaculate by cleaning staff and it was a pleasure to meet Joyce and Bob. We used the patio out front with a close ocean view for morning coffee and evening wine. Loved being in the little...

This 4 casita unit offers you a well equipped comfortable stay that has a small kitchen. We cooked our breakfast there most mornings and it was quite adequate. Not sure we would tackle a dinner however. The bathroom is not private from the room itself (the wall does not reach the ceiling) so a visit to the patio was in...

Daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here for last 10 days. It was awesome! Great location - close to town but away from hub bub. Plenty of room for two and it truly was perfect😀🌴 Joyce and Bob were friendly, welcoming and perfect hosts

Back again for a return trip to the Casitas for maybe the 6th or 7th time? Tough to keep track ... it's become a favorite New Year's Eve tradition. Joyce and Bob are the best hosts ever. Always have a couple of cold cervezas in the fridge and provide some champagne for the holiday. Even when something goes slightly wrong,...
