This was my second time staying at Hotel Bucaneros. The first time I stayed alone, but this year I stayed with 2 friends. The room was perfect by Mexico standards. It is nice to have the continental breakfast option. Staff are always friendly, the room is always clean upon arrival and maintained each day while we are out. Staff do...

Just stayed a week on Isla at this hotel. Positives - breakfast included with fresh fruit daily, in room refrigerator, very clean, right in the center of Hidalgo street (night life and shops), steps from various beaches and walks and local places. Nice that they have drinking water available on each floor. They have free to lend beach chairs, safe...

This is very cute hotel. The rooms are very clean, but so small. Feels like a tiny home in some of them. The A/C works so well and the showers are nice. I couldn't get the WIFI to work in the rooms. Sure wish people would be quiet in the morning.

The location it's just perfect. With a deposit they give you beach towels and chairs to enjoy their beach. Their WIFI is so so. The noise at night was terrible, but I think it was because we went there during their carnaval time (late February) the noise was all night long :( The hotel staff is good and their breakfast...

My wife & and I and our adult children (3 couples) stayed for three nights in June for a whale shark tour. A well-kept Mexican-style walk-up hotel in the heart of all the action. Restaurants right next door and for blocks in all directions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We preferred rooms on the second floor with balconies over-looking...

Very unassuming place located in the heart of town. Easy walk to/from the ferry terminal and cab stations. Clean room with good a/c. I was on the third floor and the place only has stairs so if you have any health issues take that into consideration.

This is a very nice hotel. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms, and the shower was great too. Free drinking water and a fridge in the room was a plus as well. Location was perfect, right in the center - just a few minutes walk to the beach or ferry or anywhere you need to go. There is free...

We stayed five days in Isla Mujeres at the Hotel Bucaneros in early February 2017. The island is located about a 25 minute ferry ride from Cancun. The island is wonderful and we felt totally safe during our visit. This hotel is located in the Central part of the island and is a true Mexican style hotel. The rooms are...

Right in the middle of plenty of restaurants and shops and still very quiet. Room was tiny, however, it's to be expected. Very clean and that's mostly what we care about. Air conditioner and ceiling fan worked overtime and we were grateful for it. Breakfast included didn't look like much so we didn't bother with it. Hotel was so perfect...
