Finest hotel on Isla Mujeres. The service is WITHOUT EQUAL. We arrived in a downpour and were greeted by Williams with a smile, fluffy white towels and a glass of prosecco. Service is on par with any 5 star hotel but very personalized at this small boutique gem. Each and every gentleman that works at the hotel is kind and...

Hotel Secreto is a very tiny boutique hotel on the beautiful Isla Mujeres. It is very well located near Playa Norte, and there are plenty of restaurants around. We received champagne on arrival which increased our expectations. However, our expectations were met in every possible way. The service was fantastic, the breakfast delivered to the room was nice, and the...

If you want a secluded place, with the best bed we had in Mexico, a stylish pool area and breakfast on your balcony, while laying on an outside bed, this is your place! There are however a few downsides. The interior is just not 100% the design-chic it pretends to be, and the place does also feel a little bit...

Hotel Secreto is tucked into the northeast corner of Isla Mujeres. It is close to the market street where many good restaurants are located. It is a small property with good security: one must use a key or ring the bell to gain entrance and there are multiple security cameras being monitored 24-7. Since my daughter and I were traveling...

Since our first trip to Hotel Secreto years ago, we return several times a year...arriving next week for two weeks! This is truly the most magical place to stay on Isla. We always stay on the 4th floor and the beds are so comfortable that we purchased the same one for our home. The pool is the only pool I...

If you are the sort of person who enjoys a 24 hour spring break/bachelor party vibe, then Isla Mujeres is for you. If you, like me, would never set foot on a cruise ship, unless being evacuated from a war/zombie zone, and you find loud, sunburned, perpetually drunk people driving aimlessly in golf carts while displaying these qualities off-putting, then...

THE most amazing place on Isla Mujeres. The staff are attentive, the rooms are exceptional, the view & location are amazing. I won't stay anywhere else. Ask and you shall receive anything your heart desires. The Spa is coming along and the accommodations are exceptional.
