I've been going to Isla Muejres for 7 years, about 2-3 times/year...on business, and have stayed at various hotels. Hotel Secreto is by far the best in its class. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, and all have wonderful views of the ocean. It's located in a fairly secluded spot so it's quiet and its coastal enclave is effectively...

We stayed at the Hotel Secreto in Isla Mujeres for 3 nights in early May. We were very pleasantly surprised. We had a ground floor room -- one of twelve total rooms on three floors, all overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The room has a large terrace by the pool but was still very quiet and private. The view to the...

-Excellent location - Super nice staff!!! good service, warm and friendly :) - Quiet, romantic and private. - Comfortable large rooms (ground floor) Please note: High humidity and a mould smell in all kind of rooms...Hard to breath at nights and a huge turn off for the luxurious experience. I gave 4* because I am convinced that it is a...

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and the room, the view and service was amazing. Only downside is that there is no in house restaurant, besides that it's a great small and beautiful hotel to stay.

We spent a beautifully peaceful week at this very charming hotel. The rooms were lovely and evert one of them looks directly over the hotels infinity pool and onto the ocean. Service is excellent and extremely helpful. The town is walking distance about five minutes. One disappointment is that it's not possible to swim in the sea in front of...

Hotel Secreto was the perfect couple getaway. We were lucky enough to book a room on the top floor. The room was quite large and the bed was really comfy. The view was simply stunning. We were sad that the hot tub was not working as it would have been nice to be able to unwind and take in the...

Room Very spacious, excellent AC, hot water, huge patio, hair dryer, cable, outlets, wifi, refrigerator, safe, etc... The shower was average and the bathroom could use a little updating. I first visited the Isla in 1992... and stayed in a lovely budget hotel close to the North Beach. The price and amenities were perfect for the backpack traveler. 25 years later I returned to the Isla but with more distinguishing tastes lol! This hotel was perfect!! Firstly... the semi-private beach is an oasis... the odd tourist passes by, but...

Love this place. Wonderful staff. Great couples massage. Quiet and relaxing. Large, nice room and view was outstanding. Easy out to the beach which was great but too rough for swimming. But that was totally okay. Accessible beach nearby and the pool was refreshing (aka a bit cold but we are from New England so it felt good) Be sure...
