Room rates are no reflection on what is offered at this hotel. The bedroom is basic. The 5 gallon container of 'free water' was replaced daily which meant first served best dressed. During our stay i saw only one other couple staying at the hotel but every afternoon the container of water. The rooftop has potential but they've not done...

*Visited April 2016 No complaints at all. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Great location for our first trip to the island. It is within a couple blocks of the grocery store, a bank, the Malecon, Cafe Mogagua, and an OXXO. The walk to the beach was no problem at all. Don't be dissuaded by the low...

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was very attentive, always smiling, and the price for the rooms was completely legit. I was only planning on staying 2 days, but I ended up there all week. It's in a great location, only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. Everything works in the rooms, it is always clean as...

My wife and I ordered in Booking website, Charge my credit card and Refused to cancel the debit order And that's why they charged on credit and not gave us the option to pay in cash as other hotels in Mexico, demanded that the exchange is very bad, the owner lied and said that the manager was not found although...

In the middle of the town , just 1 block from the main square, 1 block from the pedestrian street and a few minutes walk to the beaches, it is a perfect little hotel to get the real feeling of the island. A few rooms have big balconies for 16 additional US$. Recommended

Wonderful manager and receptionist. They bent over backward to tell us where to eat, how to travel, and assisted in every request. Gave us a different room promptly when we had an issue. Really loved the location except for a loud nightclub across the street - although the manager worked on that issue as well. I'd be tempted to get...

Hotel Isleno is clearly run with care and love, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It doesn't have a huge number of frills - there's one coffee maker downstairs in the lobby, no elevator and there are no washcloths of any kind. The mattresses, while clearly new and good quality, are of the extremely firm variety. Also, if...

We had a nice stay in this nice hotel well located on the island. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The owner and his family are nice and helpful. The only thing we did not appreciated was the wifi connection which is not good specially when you are in your room.

We had a front double room with two balconies for two nights. It was clean, sparkling, really, and comfortable. There is a fridge in the room, too. Located one block from Hidalgo where a lot of the restaurants are and a block from the grocery and town square. Within walking distance of the ferry and beaches, even with a 3...

Good Value! Between the price and the location, this hotel was perfect for us. It is within walking of the ferry, and right in the middle of downtown and all the action. Our room was basic, and very environmentally conscious. The fridge was off, so tell them ahead of time to turn it on so it will be cold for...
