My husband and I loved staying in the King suite on the top floor. The weather was beautiful. Relaxing walk to everything: restaurants, stores, shopping, and the beach. Convenient golf carts available to rent right down the street. Lovely hammocks for two on the roof under the trellis. Leave a tip in the tray each day instead of at the...

we stayed seven nights in a king room with kitchenette, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fridge, plates, cups, silverware. Bed was very comphy. This hotel is in a great location east side about the middle of el centro. rooms are old and outdated but they were clean. I have stayed at many different places on Isla and I would stay here...

The room was small but doable for us. It had a small fridge, ceiling fan and a/c that was great! The bed was comfy. Our room was bottom floor and doors opened up into a beautiful garden. Tv was a tad small but worked well so my husband was happy at bedtime. (Likes his sports or news).

We have been travelling around in Mexico for almost two weeks and this is the worst hotel for that price we have ever visited! The room is strongly run-down with stains on every wall. We can't close the shower and the towels and sheets are dirty.

We spent 12 days at the Francis Arlene. I have been traveling to Isla Mujeres and have stayed at a variety of hotels in various locations. Absolutely loved this place! Jerry and the staff were exceptional and fellow travelers added to the charm. We will be back!

This is a rustic basic bare bones hotel in a great location. The water bubbler is nice but the rooms are very old and need updating. Light bulbs in the...

Stayed at Francis Arlene Feb 21 - Mar 1, 2016. Booked on-line with request to pay ( in pesos) with 1/2 on check-in and remainder after the first 4 days ( this to ensure I wasn't stuck full time in a hotel I didn't like ) - that request was granted by the friendly mgr.Rolando who even asked if I'd...
