nice clean hotel, big rooms, great towels, just not great. Think if could have gotten ocean view room much happier. Continental breakfast, nice front desk...friendly and helpful. Close to ferry and on beachfront street.

We booked an ocean view room for night online through Expedia. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the ferry. We spent the prior 6 nights at a different hotel, located on the beach, but that hotel not able to accommodate us on our last night of the trip. We checked out of that hotel and arrived at...

If you're looking to get away from the mega resorts of Cancun to enjoy the laid back island life of Isla Mujeres, and prefer a smaller hotel, but still want a modern, clean environment, Bahia Chac Chi is it. The service is impeccable, friendly and sincere. Especially the unflappable Adeymar who was always smiling as he answered our numerous questions....

Bahia chac chi was just "good" Imo, clean, we killed a cockroach in our room, Not the hotel's fault, it is Mexico, hot and humid, surprised I only saw a couple. I guess because My expectations are too high after seeing pictures, the rooms really look large in the pictures, and so disappointed to see the bay view king bed...

💯 best beach hands down! Forget Playa del Carmen & Cancun! Bring your snorkels rent a scooter or golf cart cheap and explore! The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance from ferry, right next to scooter rental, free continental breakfast, balcony overlooking water, AC works great! Clean & simple!

Our booking was messed up by Orbitz and they turned out to be no help at all. So we arrived with great anxiety at the hotel. We explained our situation to the front desk and then to the manager. He smiled, and said, no worries. I'll take care of your family. And he did. He fixed our reservation with no...

Bahia Chac Chi is a gem, but it's not for everyone. It really depends on what you're looking for. That said, if you've traveled over to stay in Isla Mujeres, I would assume you're looking for something different from the all-inclusive behemoths in Cancun so you're in the right place. The location is steps away from the ferry which is...

We stayed here for a week at Isla Mujeres and found the hotel perfect for us. We loved the open air lobby and the pool was exactly what we were looking for after a day at the beach or snorkeling; out of the sun, perfect temperature and crystal clear. Within walking distance of everything, but far enough to be private,...

I highly recommend this one. Nice, stylish hotel for a taste of old Mexico right across from the Ferry. Great value and a bit of fun. Downside: our bed needed and upgrade, but it looks like they were swapping beds out while we were there. It is a boutique Hotel so don't expect a whole bunch of amenities. Upside: everything...

Locations is right across from the ferry so that is easy. Facility looks new and nice. No need for the bay view since the traffic is right there and the exhaust and noise makes the balcony useless. Sunset without a breeze or shade is rough. The bed is unbelievably hard and you can hear everything. (Doors, talking, walking) Doors beep...
