We chose this hotel because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised at just how nice it was! Our first room was a little small, so we asked for something a little bigger and Ricardo quickly moved us to a junior suite. We had lots of space and loved the balcony overlooking the side street and the school. We loved...

Super will be certain to stay there again when we come to Isla. We have told others about it. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, place was clean, safe, within walking distance to town. Reasonably priced.

We were extending our vacation by a week and looking for an affordable place to stay on Isla Mujeres. After reading reviews, we decided to stay at Chac Chi Hotel 4 nights, 5 days. We initially decided to book a standard room because we only needed a place to crash with a decent pool, clean bed and cold AC at...

We only stayed here for a night while in transit and the hotel was perfect for that matter. We especially loved the pool on the rooftop although it's small and not very deep. View is cool! Our room was quite large and clean. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from downtown/ferry terminal, so not perfect for our purpose...

This is a bare bones hotel with no restaurant and a tiny (but very clean) pool. The A/C was better here than in the 5 star hotel we were staying in in Cancun. The bed was a king and very comfy. Within walking distance of the Soggy Peso - a fabulous bar right on the water.

Great place to stay. This was my 24 trip to Isla Mujeres and 3rd time to stay at this hotel. I have stayed in standard room and the suite. The standard room is fine. But I enjoyed the extra room in the suite. So if you go with more than 2 people I recommend the suite. So everyone can have...

We only spent one night on Isla Mujeres and this hotel was everything we needed. It's not too close to the action north or south of the island, but we hired a golf buggy which we were able to park outside the front of the hotel. Walking to the north would take about 20-25 minutes in my opinion, but i...

Chac Chi at Isla Mujeres is a great place to stay. The location is about 1.7 miles from the Ultramar ferry dock and is very easily accessible by cab or by foot. The views are great from the rooftop pool and the room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The staff was very friendly...

Be sure to reserve a golf cart for the week. I ended up paying 300 US for 6 days (not bad for high season). The hotel was within walking distance to quite a few good bars/restaurants, The Soggy Peso to the north, and Pelayas to the south. I would stay at Chac Chi again.

Great hospitality at this hotel. Wonderful and amazing views from the hotel balconies with reasonable hotel prices even during spring break. They also have cheaper rates on their golf cart rentals compared to centro. Highly recommended if you are on the island and looking for a cheap room and great staff.
