I had to go back to my country the same day I arrived. No comprehension from the hotel, even when spoken to in Spanish. Didn't try to compensate in any way, bad customer service, bad administration, if your mom is not planing to get hospitalized during your trip, you can go there.

Where to begin? We were hoping to sneak an inexpensive vacation in, with the 70.3 Ironman race as a focal point, and Casona Real really fit the bill. We got an amazing price for a 9 day stay, so we figured we'd keep an open mind. Well. We were pretty much the only guests, so we were able to choose... More

The location of this hotel was good as far as being close to restaurants, a supermarket…you can walk everywhere. The beds are terrible and when I asked for 2 more pillows you would have thought I was asking for something incredibly hard to get. And then I only got one :-) Staff was indifferent. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy, just... More

My son and I traveled to Cozumel for a quick weekend scuba trip. I chose this hotel mostly for it's inexpensive rate, free internet, free breakfast and it's convenient location to downtown. We paid a little under $60 per night and stayed 2 nights. The beds were comfortable and I felt safe in this hotel. There is a bar across... More

This hotel offer is located about six blocks from the Pier. It has nice accommodations, cable TV and nice vibrant color walls. The price is affordable for what they offer if you travel on a budget. Supermarket and pharmacy is right around the corner

This place is great if you want to get away from big resorts. The staff is friendly and usually speaks English. The hotel is a quick walk to the ocean. The rooms were very clean. The street can be a little noisy, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The breakfast isn't the greatest, but it's just a... More

This was a great little spot to stay at while I was there to do Ironman. Very affordable, clean, close to the action without being in the action. Very convenient to the ferry, restaurants, grocery. You will have plenty of pesos left for fun in the sun.

Simple, clean, and cost effective hotel on the island of Cozumel. Hotel was very nice inside, simple, and comfortable. Hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but walk-able from the ferry terminal. Rent a scooter and have a blast getting all around the island. Parking is free street parking near the hotel. Hotel did not have breakfast, but there... More

5 blocks from the ocean, so almost no gringos around you. Nice budget hotel with mini-fridges in a room. Rooms/bathrooms are clean, flat screen TV, soap provided. Good water pressure. Get a room looking into the inner courtyard, towards the pool. The rooms facing outside get to be very noisy. Breakfast is not included into the price, but I did... More

this is a rustic hotel a few blocks away from the center. Its near to a supermarket and some small restaurants. They have a big swimmingpool and nice area for taking a quite rest. They had a cucaracha problem, it still smelled a little of the pestizides that killed them. Breakfast is not a buffet, the continental comes with some... More

“The Street view rooms are a Little noisy during the day (remenber you are in downtown),, but during the night are pleasantly quiet. The Pool view rooms are quieter during the day unless kids are playing outside. The food at the little restaurant is good and clean prepared, continental breakfast is unexpensive and dinner are mexican style, tacos, meat etc. also you can enter by the pool and/or by the Street, time of operation 8:00 am till 13:00 pm for Breakfast & Lunch then will be closed, open again at 18:00pm till 23:00pm for dinner”
