We started out in a first floor room, which smelled so badly of mold that I slept outside on a chair the first night. We asked to change rooms in the middle of the night and were shown another first floor room, which was just as bad. The next day, we paid to upgrade to a higher floor, hoping that...

My wife and I just came back from a dive trip to Cozumel. We stayed at Fiesta Americana and dove with Dive House. The hotel was an all inclusive and the meals were varied, the drinks plentiful, and the hotel was very clean with a lot of activities. The diving was great with Dive House. We would certainly return for...

Great place for the week, four different dining options all excellent. Breakfast is similar but thats what I was expecting, eggs, fruit, yogurt,....cereal, bagels etc.....Probably good to rent a car though as there is only snorkeling and no beach but they do have lounge chairs and beds by the water, Marco, Juan Edwin and Jose are great as all the...

We just got back from an amazing trip to Cozumel last week! The diving on this island is incredible, and I'm sure you will see everything you hope to. There isn't much of a beach at this hotel, but that's pretty much the only thing it's missing. The food is so good, and there's a large variety, which is usually...

I really enjoyed my stay there. The ocean front had a beautifully layed out area with mattresses suspended over the ocean front to relax over the water breaking while tanning or relaxing. The all inclusive food was very good. The staff was very helpful.

We stayed here the last 3 nights of our week on the island. We stayed closer in and explored island the first of the week and then settled in to all inclusive with good food, great service and excellent rooms as our finale. We liked everything about our room.....the view, balcony seating, shower, towels and room arrangement. The food was...

The earlier review I did was meant for this hotel in Cozumel, not Cancun. I was extra careful that it would not refer to the Cancun branch, it for some reason the website picked up Cancun. I lost my purse at the reception desk as my family was checking out. When I inquired after we got back to the US,...

Our group of seven came in from all over the East Coast to meet for my birthday celebration at Fiesta Americana. We were greeted by Erika and Pedro, who made sure we were comfortable and explained everything to make the resort "user friendly". Arturo, Javier, Marco, Eric and Aaron were the folks we saw most often, and they were absolutely...

With a group of 10 people we stayed there for 4 days. The room was clean and big enough for 3 people. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good but dinner is avarage. Italian restourant was eally bad, service was very slow. I ordered tiramisu and it was not a tiramisu. The current was very strong...

This was our 2nd trip to Fiesta Americana. My wife and I were here in March and this time we brought our 21-year old daughter and her friend. We had a great time. One of the most outstanding things was when we first were checking in. The concierge we had on our trip in March, Angelica, was walking another family...
