This hotel is very friendly and beautifully laid out with the rooms all overlooking the pool and dining area. It is located off the main road so the situation is very quiet. They offer a dinner and breakfast option for 350 MXN with a set menu and buffet breakfast. However, we felt that the food was better when selected from...

A beautiful hotel that is small, private, and quite. It is totally is charming and rustic at the same time. Great pool, nice bar, excellent restaurant. Staff is friendly and everything is clean. The perfect place to explore Chitchen Itza from. I enjoyed the hotel even more than I did the Maya ruins.

Quirky rooms that seem to have a 'Lord of the rings' influence, but where this hotel wins is having the ability to eat, chat, drink at all times of day/night around the pool. We had missed out on this in many of our hotels so this ,sadly on our last night in Mexico, to refresh our relations with fellow travelers and try some...

We booked one night so we could go early to the Chichen Itza site. We were delighted by our sweet lodgings on the ground floor, backing on to the garden. The pool and dining area are in the middle of the quadrangle and both were perfect for our needs. We'd travelled by ADO bus from Tulum which dropped us at...

The plus points were definitely location (just five minutes from the backdoor into Chichén Itzá), the rooms (cosy feel, built up from adobe arches) and the layout of the hotel (hacienda style around a pool and restaurant.) The negatives were the Internet (only available in public areas and unusably slow during most waking hours) and the mosquitoes (they were many...

The hotel is very quaint, with lots of archeological decor and a nice central courtyard with a pool. Our room on the first floor was a decent size and had two beds in niches - they looked cozy, but the hard base made them fairly uncomfortable. We swam in the pool in the late afternoon and found it rather cold...

Stayed in this hotel for two nights- for $50 per night it was better than our $200 room in a Tulum resort. Rooms are quaint, comfortable and very clean. We also had a massage here and it was very good. On site restaurant had good food. My only wish was that I felt fairly guilty using the small shampoo bottles...

I'm only giving it a three due to the wifi situation. Everything about the hotel is wonderful, its in a beautiful setting, our hotel room was clean, no issues at all. It was just the fact that the internet or what they claimed to be of it, barely worked. The signal does not reach the rooms and if you do...

The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Chichen Itza ruins. Visually the place is satisfactory. The rooms at this hotel are OK. But the restaurant is overpriced and largely unMexican, and they were playing Frank Sinatra and American music. Definitely doesn't leave you with the feeling you are in Mexico.
