They have internet but if more than a few people get on the system it crashes I complained twice and threatened to check out because I wanted to use the... More

Very good price - quality hotel ! This hotel has spacious and very clean, almost new rooms with good beds, very friendly staff. Got there by taking a "pesero" bus from Boulevard Kukulkan to Cancun old city centre & the bus drops you just in front of the hotel for a $20mxn ride while listening to local salsa music :)... More

Stayed here for 5 nights and could not have been happier. I was blown away by our room. It was very new and modern, very clean and tidy, had an amazing big shower and was the nicest room of the trip. The hotel being in down town is only a short ride to the hotel zone and and a short... More

We stayed at this hotel in Jan 2016. We needed to stay in the city of Cancun for one night before checking in to our Resort in the hotel zone. This hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. Check in process was very painless. Even though we arrive much earlier that check in time, staff made sure that we... More

When we booked this hotel, we didn't realise how far away from the hotel zone (cancun centre i.e Coco Bongo area) this was. Good if you want to avoid that but not so good, if you want to go out there. Have to take a taxi the whole time, unless you can figure out the local bus, which was located... More

It wasn't bad at all! Very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's just far away from where everything the tourist wants. It's definitely a great place to stay at if you want the downtown experience but you just have to be a little more careful in that area than the peace and comfort of the Zona Hotelera.

This hotel was a last minute choice and the cheapest. I didn't expect it to be amazing or anything but to my surprise the room is excellent and the staff is super friendly! Also it is really close to the seaport to go to isla mujeres. And have a buffe breakfast included.
