My wife and I stayed in room 114 from Jan 19-22, 2016. It was clean with 2 full beds, large bath towels, and the shower was hot with good pressure. Bar soap, shampoo, toilet paper were provided. The TV worked with several channels, yet only a couple were in English. The room was basic; no drinking glasses, dishes or cooker...

This is a smaller hotel in the hotel zone. It is located on the lagoon side, so you don't have beach access. However, every morning you get a free breakfast overlooking the lagoon and it is quite nice. It is a budget friendly option that is still in the hotel zone and close to all the attractions.

This place was just great, for a mature and active woman traveling alone, a few miles from the center party zone, so its quiet and peaceful. Lovely staff and grounds, though the restraunt wasnt the best / there is a nice pizza place, small grocery and burito place adjacent to the hotel. I will be traveling again this mid jan...

For the price, a nice place. Staff was great. It was clean and quiet, and a little bit away from the "Strip". We had a 19 hour layover on our way home from Cuba and this fit the bill very nicely. I recommend

Had reservations for 3 nights. As soon as we saw our room, we knew we could not stay. Hard beds, smelly, nothing charming about it at all. Did not feel safe. We immediately booked at another hotel, called a taxi....no help from the front desk, I may add, and left without a backward glance. Don't waste your money. Horrible place!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a week while he was having dental work done at Ocean Dental. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, and plenty of hot water for the shower. Enjoyed the free continental breakfast which was served outdoors by the lagoon.. The staff was friendly and Veronica was helpful the evening we arrived....

Stayed here in June and loved it! I had a room facing the lagoon with a nice view. Jose at the front desk was very helpful and accomadating, as well as the lady that was there, unfortunately I didn't get her name! I stayed for a week, although English wasn't spoken much I did get by with my limited Spanish....

stayed here 4/26 to 4/30, Asked at the front desk for a room with a fridge, no problem, very nice employees, grounds and pool well kept and the 1 restaurant had very good food and service, only open for breakfast and lunch. Within walking distance, 10 to 15 minutes, to playa Tortuga, where the ferry to isla Mujeres and public...
