We have been visiting this hotel since 1999 and we are always welcomed like family by the faithful staff. The eco-friendly operations are the real deal and have been for decades. The masseuse is fabulous and worth an appointment. Breakfast is prepared fresh and the patio atmosphere is worth enjoying to start and end the day surrounded by lush foliage...

A thousand thanks for your very nice comment. It is our pleasure to attend to our guests who come back year after year, we remind you that the botanical garden that is in Puerto Morelos only 30 kms from here, is incredible and if you visit it at dusk you can see the monkeys returning home, free in their habitat....

Very nice garden providing a very good climate in a hot city. Rooms are somewhat basic but clean, breakfast was super. The jungle garden and the atmosphere really are surprising to find in Cancun centre.

Lush gardens - feels like a rainforest once you step off the outside sidewalk; wonderful staff all around including: Ms. Martha Patricia, Ms. Claudia, entire breakfast team; rustic feel with woods/staircases; very clean rooms; many pillows; recommended excellent restaurants; easy walking to restaurants/grocery store/market

When looking for a place to stay while in Cancun for dental treatment (dental tourism is big in Mexico!), I found this hotel, which was away from the long stretch of large, expensive resort hotels along beach in the Zona Hotelera (not my thing), and was recommended by Lonely Planet as well as Trip Advisor. It is not for anyone...

This place really is an oasis in the city as it is located away from the hotel zone in downtown Cancun. The grounds have beautiful towering palms with lush vegetation growing out of every crevice. We saw butterflies, various lizards, and birds during our stay. There was no noise from the city inside, and it was easy to forget where...

I don't now where they shot the pictures of the place. The AC was terrible, you can't make any changes in the settings. You need to close the door between the bedroom and the kitchen, so when you go to the bathroom, you sweat once you get to the kitchen. The free breakfast was ok. It is also really hard...

Stepping into this little place off the busy downtown Cancun roads feels like stepping into a different world: up the stairs into the courtyard and you are suddenly transported into a little tropical oasis.
