Boutique hotel, with only eight rooms, but is a beautiful antique house, turned into a hotel. Amazing decorations, furniture, pottery, wall art, textiles, etc. Highly recommended. Service and attention one of the best, from the cook to the receptionist, everyone is kind. Breakfast is served with a lot of details from Chiapas. If you visit San Cristobal, you should stay...

Wonderful service is an art form - a delicate balance between familiarity and respect. The staff at Casa Felipe Flores is as attentive as any at a 5-star accommodation with triple-digit prices. The manager Marco is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable about Chiapas culture and history; helpful; resourceful; charming; and efficient. I would hire him in a minute....

My parents and I stayed here for a week in March and it was just delightful. The common rooms and many courtyards were charming, breakfast was wonderful, and our rooms were great. But the most important thing is that the owners and the onsite manager (Marcos) could not have been more friendly or helpful. We had lots of questions and...

The rooms of this home are beautiful and clean. The court yard is covered with flowers and Guatemalan and Mexican art. The breakfast is sumptuos with...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Felipe Flores. Welcoming owners and very friendly and accommodating staff, particularly the couple who served the great breakfast each day. Our room was beautifully furnished as was the whole Casa. The wood fire pre-prepared was wonderful for cool April nights.

We chose Casa Felipe Flores because of great reviews and because of the fireplaces in the rooms. Having been to San Cristobal in the winter many years ago, we remembered how chilly it is at night, and this time was no exception. We were warm and cozy in our room, though. The staff was terrific, the room very comfortable and...

“They were most accommodating. I suffer from asthma and couldn't do the wood fireplace so they brought me in a little space heater and it did the trick. It does get a little chilly there at night, but the bedding was great and the cool sleep was welcome. Thank you so much Casa Felipe Flores.”
