They do have hot showers and lovely beds, and some of the staff members are quite nice, but only one of them speaks English. So if you need something on the days he doesn't work (and you don't speak spanish), good luck. Also I had several feminine products stolen from me, two of which were laying on my bed. I...

First of all, it's cold in San Cristobal. They advertise hot showers and bonfires at night, but the showers that I had were merely lukewarm and there was only a bonfire on 1 of the 4 nights I stayed. Disappointing. One of the reception staff was cool, but the others weren't really that helpful. Breakfast was average for a hostel....

The staff was really nice. The people I met there where really cool as well. It was really clean, had hot showers. I was there for about 4 night and had a blast from beginning to end. At night they have a bonfire which is just great especially if you are travelling solo because it allows you to meet other...

Beautiful property with friendly staff and dogs! Lots of room for everyone to have their own space but also great ways to meet one another (bonfires every night). Prices are reasonable and includes the hottest most reliable water ever! Check it out!

Nice environment, nice staff, all around makes you feel at home, good location and facilities. The bonfire at night is lovely. Rooms and showers are very good, I enjoyed everyday of my stay there (I wish I had the time to stay longer).

So clean and comfortable. The staff are really lovely and helpful. It's in a good spot and the bonfires at night are wicked. There is also the bonus of several cute doggies, a TV room, pool table, hammocks and some grass. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I stayed 2 nights in this hostel and absolutely loved it there. GOOD - good location close to the market - breakfast included and big kitchen - fireplace at night - terraces where you can chill on hammocks - big dormitory with huge lockers - smaller lockers where you can leave your electronics to recharge - a cinema where you...

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful and big room at the back of the hostel. They first wanted to put me in one of the private rooms with a shared bathroom, but this room was absolute rubbish, under the roof, with holes in the walls and smelling really bad. So I moved to an incredibly big room which...

San Cristobal is one of my favorite places in the world. It's absolutely stunning. Rossco's makes it easy for you to explore it all and can do everything from provide recommendations to schedule tours and shuttles. The nighttime bonfire makes it easy to meet other travelers as well!
