5 minutes walking distance of main city's attraction; main plaza, Cathedral, street market. located in beautiful streets and restaurants. Room is big and clean and comfortable. You can hear door banging sound and people talking inside hotel. Other than little noise, it is good value hotel.

The hotel is very well situated and the price is restively reasonable but that's where it ends. The layout of the hotel is very poor. There are no comfortable seats in the reception area, or in the rooms for that matter. Most of the rooms only have windows onto the inside corridor of the hotel so do not have access...

Fabulous location. Stayed only one night. I think there are better rooms to be had in this hotel. We were in the room near reception - you could hear everything that was said at reception and they talked until well into the night. Also the room had no windows - probably why it was less expensive. So I suggest you...

The hotel closes at night, so you can hear the doorbell ringing and the others guests, laughs, footsteps, etc There is nothing special in this hotel, good for bussiness but I don't recommend it for family, friends or couples, because you can hear everything from one room to another; even a quiet chat. One of my colleagues every morning woke...

I traveled recently with my parents to Chiapas on vacation, including San Cristóbal de las Casas. The trip was fabulous, except for the service at this hotel. First of all, I should say that the location is perfect, right in the historic district, and the rates it offers are very competitive and offer good value. The hotel is also very...

The hotel is not bad, but the atmosphere is cold, not friendly. This is an international hotel, nothing in particular. Good, clena, silent but not for meeting people. The staff could be more kind. You have to pay internet! Not a good service

The room was very nice and comfortable and the price reasonable compared to other hotels nearby ($700 pesos), though expensive compared to other places in Mexico. Our sleep was disturbed however by the chatting of party arriving at 11pm. The rooms need better sound insulation.

I stayed at this hotel when I visited San Cristobal in May 2008, and I give it a solid thumbs up for cleanliness and convenience. There are lots of hotels with great atmospheres in San Cristobal, so it would not be my first choice. The public spaces are quite lovely, but the rooms are pretty ho hum. And the staff...

La Noria is a great location, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are a little old fashioned but quite spacious. As usual in so many hotels the internet does not work in the room even though they say it does. Its a quaint hotel and we would definitely recommend it for its position. Secure parking around the corner and a block from...

La Noria has its ups and its downs. First of all, the location is superb- it's right on Insurgentes, which is the street you turn onto from the main highway coming from Palenque- it's just a few blocks from the main plaza and the pedestrian street and everything is super walkable. When you first enter the hotel, it looks quite...
