This is a really well designed hotel where, once you step through the door, you are in a green and open space with water features to relax in after taking in the town. Really friendly and helpful staff (top marks for Alfonso and Robin and the staff looking after the garden). We ate well both at breakfast and for an... More

Interior design is absolutely incredible. Should be award winning. Perfect mix of modern with classic and functional. Restaurant food was great. Service impeccable. Even tours are well prepared (ask for Julio to be your driver).... Definitely a place to come back again.

Fantastic hotel located only a few blocks away from the city center, walking distance from all attractions. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful, very modern but keeping the essence of the town. The whole staff is very nice and helpful, from even before our arrival they pleased our special requests by helping us get a specific type of transportation... More

we had a room where we looked at a wall. Half of all rooms do not get any sunlight. The room was also freezing cold because they have no heating. They gave us a small heater but that did not help. For this prize one could expect to have some view, some sunlight in the room and a temperature above... More

We had the standard room which was quite big and I loved the bathroom setup. The heater in the room was very adequate. We stayed in January, it was chilly and the heater kept the room perfectly warm and comfortable all night long. We ate at the restaurant several times. The breakfasts were excellent and the wine list was great.... More

We were not staying at Bo, but we went there for a lunch twice and it was perfect. And what is important: it has excellent balance between price and quality. The space of a restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, you will enjoy especially if you get a table on the terrace.

This beautifully designed hotel was the perfect place to stay to explore this beautiful town . Our room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable ,the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and, most importantly, the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. In the evenings the whole hotel was lit by candles which reflected in the water of the gardens. It... More

San Cristobal has many hotels to choose from. This hole in the wall boutique hotel has a great reception and communal room. The rooms are classy, but beware of sharp wooden egdes on the beds that tear to the blood. The pathway is lit up from downlight LEDs that distract from a step that my wife tripped off and sprained... Clearly there have been some professional designers involved here, and indeed the entire place, inside and out, looks very smart and up-to-the-minute- public areas and rooms alike. The rooms and bathrooms are cleverly designed in that whilst not being huge, they do make the most of the space available and you can walk around, unpack etc in comfort. and there's... More

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your kind review and comments about our property and restaurant, we are looking into every single detail of your review.
