My wife and I both spend inordinate amounts of time on the road thanks to our respective jobs, often staying in luxury properties, so I'm not showing off when I say we consider ourselves hotel experts. We rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case we felt compelled to share the wonderful experience we had thanks to...

Don't judge the book by it's cover. This amazing boutique hotel is a pleasant surprise once we passed the entrance doors. The outside walls are very ordinary that blends in the surrounding premises. The gardens are loaded with refreshing, vibrant flowers and greeneries that I wish I can do the same on my own garden back home. The unit is...

Authentic stylish little nice boutique hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas, just a few blocks from the very center. One have to go inside to get a real impression of its beauty. They also have a nice restaurant.

Dear Guest, we appreciate the time you took to write a review on our behalf, the expression of surprise when our guest enter the blue door is definitely one of the expressions that we enjoyed the most. Everything about this hotel is pretty spectacular. Modern bohemian chic decor, big comfortable rooms, relaxing garden views, and excellent customer service. Stayed for three nights, ate at their restaurant Lum as much as we could, excellent food. Just a short walk to the main attractions and parking available. The Wifi was a bit slow during our stay, but other than...

Read the 'Average review' for this hotel from Feb 14/2015." Freezing cold - our room faced a wall etc etc." and the PR managers comment that a heating system would be installed in August 2015. Well....it wasn't. We were led into what must be the same room. More like a subterranean dungeon facing a concrete wall 1'00m from the window....

The building itself is eco-friendly and most of the items used in the construction are natural; woods and simple glasses. You have a super library equipped with an apple laptop should you want to make some kind of research. Colours used are toned the nature around you.

Food, service, décor...all outstanding! Made our stay in San Cristobal very special. The restaurant was one of the best and we felt very reasonable too. The gardens and the architecture are beautiful as well.

We stayed at Hotel Bo for 5 nights and loved it. The service was absolutely first rate, with everyone friendly and helpful. The public spaces are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting in the garden, the family room, and the library. We ate 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts at the hotel restaurant (Lum) and it was by far the best food...

“Ask for a non-ground floor room”

“We had the basic room with was very good. We had a clock-radio in the room and a safe. There was also a scale which is always appreciated. We had everything we need for the bathroom like a bathrobe, slippers, shower cap, soaps, moisturizers, ears sticks, etc, .. We had two big beds and a place where we could write some things.”
