When you visit San Cristóbal the less thing you want to do is to stay at the hotel. That is exactly what you get here, a place to rest and a shower. The rooms are small but the bed is confortable and you have hot water plus Wi-Fi and coffee every morning at a very reasonable price, what else can...

We staid here for 3 nights. The rooms are clean but very small. The staff is very helpful (although not at all in sync) and the location is perfect with all the cosy bars/restaurants and the zocalo in walking distance. We staid in room number 1, right in front of the reception and we're woken up several times in the...

A good spot to stay a couple of days. Staff is friendly but maybe not always so quick (Mexican style). Only downside I can think of is a bad smell coming from the closet and that the hot water takes forever to warm up. Location couldn't be better, near everything.

It was cheap, clean, quiet, good location, and with the best staff ever... They were super kind, always smiling and willing to help. I would stay here again! And with free coffee every morning... awesome!

Positives: Clean, affordable, good Wi-Fi, friendly helpful front desk staff, friendly maids, quick access to the “walking” street attractions, plenty of blankets, free bottled water, free morning coffee, no smoking, 7 AM early check-in Negatives: Windows open to the inside halls, no outside sitting area, small crowded rooms, limited electrical outlets We stayed three nights at $380 pesos per night....

Now here is a hotel that is royally mismanaged. When we got there, we were told we could not smoke in the room. This is fine. But my novia requested a room near the outside. So we were given a room in front of the reception. Accepting this was total stupidity on my part. What is a reception for? Receiving...

We booked our hotel thru ADO at the station before we left Ciudad de Carmen selecting by the review and info on the internet. The agents are very helpful at their tourist booth. We arrived @6AM, and the hotel had our reservation ready for $380pesos per night! We woke up only a half block from the Main Street Guadalupe blvd...

We were arriving on the weekend without booking ahead and other places that friends had recommended were booked up. We looked on Tripadvisor and found the Don Quijote and gave them a call. 380 pesos for a room. What a deal. Two beds per room, very clean and quiet. We had two single beds which gave us more room as...

Had trouble with their web site reservation system, but called and was told there were rooms available. Arrived in San Cristobal by bus, Quijote is about 10 minute walk. Room is very clean, extra blankets. Paid $380 for 2, in 2 doubles, less than booking sites were listing. Free coffee in A.M. Fresh towels daily. Central location near cafes, but...

First of all, if you stay during low season, you can negotiate a slightly better price as advertised on their web site. The service was warm and friendly. The front desk staff allowed me to use their phone and computer, etc when I needed to. The room with 2 double bed could be a bit hard for you to walk...
