Excellent place to stay in San Cristobal. Just about 250m from Zocalo, in quiet street. Not too far from the centre and pedestrial streets. Hotel restaurant is in separate building, only 20 meters away, across the street. It serves very tasty meals. The hotel parking is next to restaurant. The building itself is very nice, and maybe does not look...

This old building is very beautiful with delightfully cared for garden/ courtyards and beautifully furnished lounge. Our room was dark and simply but adequately furnished and unlike other reviewers, we encountered noise from our next door neighbour just once and we were situated away from any street noise. The street in fact was generally quiet, but very near the business...

The hotel is in a beautiful building and has a good location but it is very noisy. The rooms face an inner courtyard and unfortunately for us our room (22) was near reception. The noise of the suitcases wheeling past at all hours of the day and night was excruciating. Couple this with the fact that you can hear all...

Lets start with the positive things: 1) excellent location, ~5 minutes walking from Real de Guadalupe - the main pedestrian street. 2) Neat Spanish-colonial architecture. Now for the negative things: This hotel owners/managers probably think that because of their great location and neat colonial design, they don't need to do anything more because new guests arrival is guaranteed. This hotel...

The location of this hotel is great, as it is within a short walk of all the sights and restaurants of the centre. We had a junior suite, so the size of the room was not a problem. The bathroom had both bath and shower and was also a good size. However, the walls are paper-thin. We could hear all...

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was a fantastic hotel. There was very little English spoken by the staff but they were helpful and attempted to understand my limited Spanish. The room was quite small - but very quaint. The hotel setting was just beautiful and the location was perfect. Very close to the main street where all the...

We stayed 2 nights in this charming hotel in a junior suite and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms can be a bit dark and that's why we went for a suite The staff are very helpful. Breakfast was excellent - shame we only had one because we had to leave at 6 am after the second night but...

I stayed at this charming little hotel for 2 nights as part of our grand tour of Mexico. I suggest you look up their website to get an idea of how charming it is. Even the room I had is shown on their little video! San Cristobal is situated quite high and, as such, it can get a little chilly...

While I was a bit trepidacious when we came down the narrow street for an evening arrival, the staff quickly swarmed the bags and within 5 minutes we were settled. Cool and clean with the amenities that we expected. Would most definitely stay here again if visiting San Cristobal.

This was once a home owned by a priest. Today it is a splendid hotel with charming rooms, beautiful courtyards and many works of art beautifully placed throughout the 30 room hotel. The staff is warm, efficient and exceedingly courteous. It is located about three minutes from a main pedestrian street and about a five minute walk to the Zocalo....
