The staff was amazing and the hotel room was perfect! Guadalupe Molina at the front desk was very professional and attentive! We were extremely impressed with hotel and hotel location and already have highly recommended to friends and family! We are now planning a family reunion in the next couple of months!

Perfect central location. Easy to walk to most attractions. We found a few fabulous restaurants in the vicinity. Very comfortable accommodation. Had a room toward the back of the hotel and it was quiet.

I was worried about staying here before we arrived as I had read a lot of reviews after booking that said about the noise. I actually found our room very comfortable and with. Real heritage feel. Could hear a bar with thumping noise in the day carrying through. At night we took precautions as the very old buildings mean everything...

Dear Nickoteeta: Thank you for taking your time for sending us your comments. The comments of our guests help us to improve our service. Our hotel is located in the heart of the city, and it preserved the colonial architecture of the patios from the eighteenth century, as well, sometimes the cars, or commerce next door are noisy. We are...

I spent only one day at this Hotel and all the amenities were exceptional. The room was very clean, silent, big, nearby downtown. The parking lot is just a block away. You can walk around the hotel looking at night life in San Cristobal de las Casas.

Our original plan was for one night . We added on two more . This is a well kept hotel . All the buildings in the town center are old 1600s . Most as this one have been updated . San Cristobal de las Casas and Palenque are the tourist centers of Chiapas state . The front desk can set...

Hotel is lovely colonial building in a great location. However with rooms being enclosed in an atrium the noise of guests and their noisy children reverberates and echos through the building. Terrible if you are trying to get some rest and no one seems to care - neither parents, nor management - as kids run around screaming. Also as the...

This colonial style hotel is good value. The rooms are large with all the required facilities. Well located but this means that you might get a bit of noise. Some guests were noisy too. Staff are pleasant. Definitely worth a try.

Outstanding location,Beautiful colonial layout, pleasant and efficient staff, good Mexican style breakfast buffet, clean rooms and spaces so what is the problem? Well if you are offered a room 206 to 210 know that you will hear constant thumping from from a neighbouring bar from 9pm to 2 am weekdays and until 5 am on weekends and since tour groups...

We recently stayed for three nights as part of a large group touring Chiapas. The hotel proved to be a real gem - the hotel had a marvellous colonial ambience, the rooms were spacious with a fireplace or wood stove in each, the restaurant was good for breakfast and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is in a perfect...

This hotel is set in two old houses on opposite sides of a road. It is in a very good location in the centre of San Cristobal.
