Rooms are very big, beds are comfy, garden is beautiful, staff are lovely (some do speak a little English) showers are amaaaazingg (so nice to have consistent hot water) but our fav but was the location so close to great food and shopping! No negatives...More

no se require aire acondicionado en san cristobal de las casas, es un pueblo magico que siempre es fresco por las tardes noches, de hecho es recomendado llevar chamarra ligera para las noches. saludos

We certainly got laundry done via reception to an outside laundry. Very reasonably too. I don't thnk there was a minifridge and don't recollect heating arrangements - our second morning was quite cold when we got outside... More
