The ladies who run this guest house/posada are super friendly, helpful and working all day to make the hotel experience a great one. The gardens, flowers and decor are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. Loved access to the shared kitchen with a refrigerator. Tables in the patio were a garden haven to enjoy take out food (during Covid). 5 min walk to the center square or 10 min to the 20 de Noviembre marketplace. Nice to have bottled water available. Great value for rooms with the shared bathroom. Good security at night. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel. It placed us within blocks of the zocalo, cathedrals, and great restaurants. The rooms were clean and attractive, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the beds very comfortable. And the price is very reasonable. We strongly recommend this for your stay in Oaxaca.

Good price. Clean. Great water pressure. Bit you hear every neighbors door open and close. Center is used as a parking lot so you hear every car arrive. Same for staff as they scream as they go about their work. Tv didn’t work. Good location for downtown Oaxaca as is close to market.

Basic hotel, met our needs for a good value. Loved the colorful decor, all the plants, and the rooftop terrace as a place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to Centro. Another plus was the solar hot water system providing quick and ample hot water, unlike a lot of places you have to let the water run a long time (wasteful!) to get hot.

It has a good location but the place doesn't feel particularly welcoming. On a plus note it is a nice old building, but the single room I got didn't feel to open, in fact in was really small...and I couldn't get their wifi to work on my phone, they said it has something to do with the brand.
