I stayed with my husband and his parents. We had a blast. We did everything we could, from shopping at the zocalo to eating at the marketa to watching a film at a nearby theatre to visiting museums and taking the guided tour of Oaxaca and its surrounding areas. The room was much smaller than we expected. Our queen size...

This small hotel had a few pluses and several minuses. The pluses: 1. The hotel was clean 2. It was near the zocolo[town center] We could walk to almost everything. 3. The staff was courteous and usually helpful. The minuses. 1. Our room-no. 104 was very small. It had a king sized bed that took up almost the whole room....

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. They recommended a charming and knowledgeable guide whom we engaged for all...

Every day the maid would decorate our towels with the most intricate, beautiful animal shapes with flowers and place them on our bed - very romantic! I loved that the hotel only had 8 rooms...

I stayed there for 3 nights and it is lovely. It is an old house totally renewed and the rooms are charming, they reflect the atmosphere of Oaxaca some centuries ago. Is is located 5 blocks from the main square and in general it is in a walking distance of the main atractions of Oaxaca. We stayed there in November...
