We have arrived at night, the view from our room ( 6 th floor) is great. We can see the whole city lights between the mountains. The main road located next the hotel, thats why the dawn little bit loud. I recommend this hotel.

It does have air conditioning in the rooms and the lobby. It is not far from el centro as the crow flies, but we were advised not to walk. Taxis are readily available and not expensive. Hope this helps!
