Good location for a nice vacation. Good and clean corner room. Good staff on the front desk. Next to a mall in the Reforma Avenue. Staff very friendly. No issues on this hotel, is a place that I will come back any time.
As a woman traveling alone, this was a great location. Safe, walkable area. Right on Reforma. Easily walk to the Metro (Insurgentes stop), or hop on the Turibus (which stops right outside the hotel) to explore the city.

The access is easy, if it's your first time or to reduce the stress, pre-pay a private car service for the transfer. I used amigotours, they were very reliable, professional and friendly. The trip in was at 4pm and took about 40mins, the trip out was at 6am and took 15mins. For tour ideas, take a look at viator website for Mexico City.
