i spent two nights at this hotel and i would return. good location, ok staff and a clean well appointed room. the restaurants and bars are a bit soulless, like many business class hotels but there are plenty of other choices for food and drink in the neighborhood. if i had a bigger budget there are plenty of better options...

The hotel should be an Holiday inn and not Crown plaza Rooms lobby breakfast room and service are not for crown plaza level Old rooms with torn curtains smelling corridors keys which must be recoded daily It ok for a 3 star hotel and the rates accordingly but using the crown plaza name is misleading

Dear guest, please accept our apologies for not meeting our expectation. We realize our customers are seasoned travelers and always require the best and know what to expect. In that sense, I would like to share with you that we are already remodeling our property, it is a soft process that will not affect our current guests' stays and that...

I like staying at this hotel and have stayed here several times. The lobby is nice and comfortable, and the service is good and friendly. However, I feel there is a "big-picture' problem. I was in room 1419, and this room needed some TLC and an update. There was a moderate amount of mold and mildew in the bathroom /...

Not sure why there are such negative reviews - I had a pleasant stay at this hotel from start to finish. Check in was smooth, room was spacious and clean, staff was very courteous and I was provided with great dinner recommendations. Breakfast in the lounge was sufficient. If you want a full, hot breakfast, you can always go their...

Crowne Plaza's location is good. close to the WTC and restaurants like "la Strega"and the "Bellini". there is a movie theater close by and shops. Not far from business spots and away from the crazy traffic at Avenida Reforma, good place for business people. Some months of the year are very expensive, but most of the times it has a...

I was disappointed by the standard of this hotel. The Executive lounge breakfast a miserly affair. It was never ever set at 6.30...or even by 7 . There was hardly any variety or change . The attendants were usually only one or two so if you ask for even salt it used to take a while . The floor (8)...

I travel to Mexico City frequently and have stayed here on/off a few times each year over the past 3 years between the regular and the "executive" floors. 2 years ago the hotel made an honest mistake (I assume) and checked someone else into my room who came in with their luggage while I was settling into bed around midnight....

Dear guest, please accept our sincere apologies for not meeting your expectation. As everything in life, things need to change and grow. As many travelers have mentioned, the location is fantastic - 1 short block to the World Trade Center and many great restaurants and cafes all around, a little mall with a grocery store, etc. Great seafood restaurant practically right across the street!
